                                   Facts of the case are received on 09-10-2014 at 10:00 Hours the complaint from S.Abilash S/o. Baburao Age: 23 yrs  Occ: Contract labour in GHMC R/o: H.no:12-1-485/93, new indiranagar seetarambagh, Hyd.  Stating that I am working as a contract labour in GHMC and my duty is to spray theMosquito killing medicine in Goshamahal locality. As usual today i.e., on 09-10-2014 at about 9.10a.m. I along with my colleague Sri. N. Venkatesh were spraying the medicine in Goshamahal Ground near Nala. Meantime I noticed the foul smelling near the vehicles dumped at Goshamahal Ground. I was searching the place of foul smelling so that I may spray the medicine and I saw one female dead body in highly decomposed state lying between a car and auto. The age of the deceased is about 40-45 years, wearing green colour saree, green blouse, green petty coat, blue and bangles, with one each white stones bangle, golden colour pearls Haaram, one golden colour ear top. Both Hands from wrist and right side leg were not found on the dead body. The hairs from the skull disassociated due to decompose. The deceased seems to be Hindu and died about 15 to 20 days.

Therefore I am requesting you to take necessary legal action in to the matter as per law.
