TRS will win 70 wards in GHMC elections: KTR shares poll survey

In a recent survey conducted in Hyderabad by VDP Associates, which is a polling agency studying electoral trends of India, it was found that the ruling TRS would win majority of wards in the ensuing GHMC elections.

The survey revealed that the TRS may pocket 70 wards, MIM may get 42 seats, while Congress and TDP would win in 16 and 11 wards respectively.

The survey shows that BJP may win only 8 seats in the elections. According to the VDP Associates, the GHMC Opinion poll was conducted with a sample size of 913 correspondents between December 8 and 11.
