Hyderabad City Police Launches redesigned Website
Hyderabad City Police has launched a newly redesigned Website to reach the Citizens. The redesigned website will have more Citizen Centric features.
The Special feature of the Website is that the site has the Commissioner's Corner through which the opinion of the public is taken into consideration in the implementation of new initiatives. This feature enables the Citizens to directly interact with the Commissioner and offer suggestions. It acts as a sounding board for Hyderabad City Police in fine tuning the initiatives.
The Citizens can know the status of the Petitions through the website. This helps the Citizens to know the status without frequently visiting the Police Stations.
The other feature of this Website is that the Citizens can give their feedback on the services provided by us through the Website itself. This enables them escalate their issues without visiting the senior officers. Necessary steps will be taken to resolve the issues while keeping the identity of the Citizen confidential.
The Map based Locational Services shall help the citizens to quickly find out the name of jurisdictional Police Station of any colony/locality.
The redesigned Website also has the complete information about the contact details of Police Officers of all wings of the Hyderabad City Police.

- Information about the technology features and initiatives of Hyderabad City police and how best to make use of them
- Press releases, notifications, photo gallery etc.
The New Version of Website has a facility to provide 360 Degree Feedback on all Police Services so that we shall be able to continually improve the quality of services rendered by Hyderabad City Police.
We are grateful to the National Informatics Centre (NIC) Hyderabad for redesigning and hosting the Website.
We do hope that the new version of this Website shall be more useful to the Citizens and Community at large.
