N O T I F I C A T I O N

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under section 21(1) (b) of   the Hyderabad City Police Act, I, M.Mahendar Reddy, IPS., Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, do hereby notify, for information of the general public, that, in order to facilitate proper regulation of traffic in connection with the program of H.E. the President of India on 29-12-2015,  the following traffic restrictions / diversions will be made :-

Traffic will either be stopped or diverted at the following places / routes :

RASHTRAPATI NILAYAM, BOLLARAM, SECUNDERABAD TO RAJBHAVAN

1930 Hrs to 2030

Rashtrapathi Nilayam – Malla Reddy Nagar – Lothkunta Y Jn. – MCEME Signal – Lal Bazar T jn. – Holy Family Church – M.G. Community hall-Trimulgherry x roads – RTA Office – Hanuman Temple – Karkhana L&O PS – Oxygen Hospital, Vikrampuri – Secunderabad Club in gate – NCC Directorate x roads – Tivoli x roads – Plaza X Roads – C.T.O.Flyover – Rasoolpura Jn - PNT flyover – Shyamlal Building – HPS – Begumpet Flyover - Greenlands Jn. – Rajiv Gandhi Statue (Monappa Island) – Yashoda Hospital – Villa Mary – MMTS - Raj Bhavan –

DIVERSION POINTS:

1. Traffic coming from AOC Centre and intending to proceed Airtel will be diverted at Laxmi Nagar towards J.B.S. Picket.

2. Traffic coming from Balaji Nagar, Ammuguda and Nagadevata Temple intending to proceed Lal Bazar will be diverted at Ambedkar Statue, Lal Bazar  towards K.V. Junction, R.K.Puram, AOC Centre, etc.

3. Traffic coming from Sangeet junction and Tarnaka and other routes intending to proceed Bowenpally via Sweekar Upkar – Tivoli will be diverted at Sangeet Junction towards Garden,   Patny, Paradise, C.T.O.Junction, Rajiv Gandhi Statue, Balamrai, Tadbund x roads

4. Traffic coming from Shadan College, Khairthabad Flyover and intending to proceed Rajbhavan will be diverted at V. V. Statue towards KCP (Panjagutta).

5. Traffic coming from North Zone intending to proceed Begumpet will be diverted at SBH Junction towards R. P. Road (Bata /Bible House)

6. YMCA Fly over will be closed and traffic coming from North Zone will be diverted at YMCA Junction towards clock tower , R. P. Road

7. Traffic coming from Buddabhavan, Raniganj and intending to proceed Minister’s Road will be diverted at Nallagutta backside towards Necklace Road Sanjeevaiah Park).

8. Traffic coming from Upper Tank Bund and Bible House intending to proceed paradise will be diverted at Karbala Maidaan towards The Bible House.

All citizens are requested to take alternate routes to their destinations and to avoid the above routes during the specified timings and co-operate with the Traffic Police during the period of traffic diversion as above.
