LAKE POLICE RESCUED A MAN FROM COMMITING SUICIDE

On 15th of December 2015 at 09.45 hours PS Lake rescued a man i.e. Sri. Gatti. Ashwin kumar from committing suicide in Hussain Sagar. The particulars of the rescued man are as follow:-

• NAME:- Sri. Gatti. Ashwin kumar s/o Sri. Late. Gatti. Lakshmikanth sharma, age:- 49 years, occ:- Die molding business ( Poorna tools and Dies company), r/o:- plot no-19, new maruthi nagar, AS rao nagar, ECIL.

• On causing enquiry the victim revealed that he got marriage and blessed with two female. In the year 2007 the victim’s neighbour and his family friend whose name is Pramod kumar asked ashwin to give him 20 lakhs of rupees as he got loss in his business and he will return the amount with in the year. The victim gave the asked amount (i.e., 20 lakhs of rupees) to pramod without any surety and proof. When victim asked about the money after the given time to pramod, he asked one more year to return the amount like that he was extending the time. Last week when the victim asked to return the amount strongly he started quarrelling with the victim and said he will not return the amount and do whatever the victim wants to do but he will not return the amount. Due to which he went into depression and planned to commit suicide by jumping into the lake water hence came to tankbund near Lumbini park and jumped into the Hussain sagar lake.                                                                                                                                          
• By taking hasty decision, he came to tankbund near Lumbini park and jumped into the Hussain sagar lake water and tried. Immediately, the patrolling lake police noticed the victim and timely reached and jumped into the Lake and saved his life.
• Inspector Lake K. Sreedevi counseled him, after that called his wife and his brother-in-law to Lake PS counseled them hence handed over to them. And send them to Neredmet police station for legal action.
• Thus, the patrolling BC of Lake PS Sri. Raju, PC 1594 and Sri. Verabadra rao, HG 8706 have tactfully identified the victim and rescued him from committing suicide, which was done under the supervision of Smt. Sreedevi Inspector lake P.S. On that the officer will be suitably reward to them as a token of recognition of their good work in saving a life.
