DRUG PEDDLERS HELD- SEIZED 145-LSD BLOTS, 6 GMS EPHEDRINE -CONTRABAND DRUG.
On 16-12-2015, on credible information the Commissioner’s Task Force, South Zone Team and C.C.S., staff conducted joint operation and apprehended the Prime accused persons namely 1) Mayonk Kumar Sahu and 2) Piyush kumar sahu and seized (145) -LSD blots (Lysergic Acid diethylamide), 6-gms Ephedrine contraband drug, cell phones etc., from their possession beside GHMC office, Liberty, Hyderabad.
DETAILS OF ACCUSED PERSONS :-
- Mayank Kumar Sahu S/o. Keshav Kumar Sahu, aged: 22 yrs, occ: On line graphic designer R/o. Plot No. 34, Eshwar Kolte Layout, Godhni road, Nagpur, Maharashtra.
- Piyush Kumar Sahu S/o. Keshav Kumar Sahu, aged: 20 yrs, occ: On line graphic designer R/o. Plot No. 34, Eshwar Kolte Layout, Godhni road, Nagpur, Maharashtra.
- Mustafa Mohiuddin @ Mustafa S/o Murthuza Mohiuddin, aged: 27 yrs, R/o. King Koti, Hyd.
- Junaid Raza Siddiqui @ Junaid S/o. Javed Raza Siddiqi, aged: 25 yrs, R/o. Sairam Nagar Colony, Sun City, Hydershah coat, Rajender Nagar.
- Md Manzil Mukram Pasha @ Manzil, S/o. Mohd Mukarram Pasha, aged: 26 yrs, R/o. Rajenderanagar, Cyberabad.
SEIZED MATERIAL:-
- 145 -LSD Blots of contraband drug.
- 6 gms Ephedrine contraband drug.
- 3-cell phones.
The brief facts are that, on 16-12-2015, on credible information South Zone Task Force Team apprehended the accused persons namely 1) Mayank Kumar Sahu 2) Piyush Kumar Sahu both N/o. Nagpur, Maharashtra who were found procuring LSD Blots (Lysergic Acid diethylamide) contraband drug and trying to sell the same to the needy prospective customers near GHMC, Liberty, Hyderabad and seized the 100-LSD blots and 3 cell phones from their possession.
During interrogation it is came to know that, the accused persons are brothers, Mayank Sahu completed his Graduation in BBA( Bachelor of Business Arts) and presently working as graphic designer and eking livelihood. His elder brother Piyush completed Intermediate recently. On the inspiration of Mayank, his elder brother Piyush also agreed to procure the contraband drug i.e. LSD blots by on line orders and planned to marketing the same to make easy money illegally. In this juncture Mayank contacted his old chatting friend Mustafa of Hyderabad seeking his assistance for marketing the contraband drug and offered him handsome commission. Mustafa gave his consent for marketing the same, on which about one week before they visited Hyderabad and delivered the LSD blots and ephedrine contraband drug to 1) Mustafa Mohiuddin @ Mustafa and they returned to Nagpur. After receiving the same Mustafa along with his associates 2) Junaid Raza Siddiqui @ Junaid, and 3) Mohd Manzil Mukram Pasha @ Manzil while trying to selling the same to the needy customers on commission basis apprehended them by South Zone task Force and CCS staff jointly and seized contraband drug and handed over to C.C.S., D.D., Hyderabad for further investigation pertains to the CrNo 302/2015 U/s. 21 (b) & 25 (A) of N.D.P.S. Act of Anti Narcotic Cell C.C.S. The prime accused persons i.e. the suppliers of contraband drug namely 1) Mayonk Sahu and 2) Piyush Sahu found absconding since commission of offence in this case.
The accused persons along with seized material being handed over to S.H.O., C.C.S., Hyderabad for further probe.
M.O.:- The accused persons are procuring the said LSD blots by ordering Nuclear market place( On line site) and being supplied by them to the various agents and needy customers. For ordering online initially they have to download Tales operating system and run Tales, then click on Tor browse, then hidden files will be opened- later made a search for Nuclear market place and make orders for LSD blots. The accused usually give order and receive minimum 50 to 100 blots each time.
Description of LSD ( Lysergic Acid diethylamide) blots:-
LSD is the most commonly used synthetic hallucinogen. LSD is a white or clear odourless, water soluble crystal that can be crushed into a powder and dissolved. The most common form of LSD is as a liquid that has been transferred into a small paper square known as “blotter” Experiences on LSD are known as “trips” lasting from 6-12 hours. Can be dried on gelatine sheets, put into capsules or on sugar cubes, or laced with other drugs.
Physical effects:- Increases body temperature, Pupil(eye) dilation, Mouth dryness, High blood pressure, profuse sweating, Muscles weakness and tremors, vomitings etc.
Mental Effects:- Time and identity distortion, terrifying thought and feelings, fear of losing control, panic attacks, severe depression or psychosis etc.
The arrests were made under the supervision of Sri. N. Koti Reddy, Addl. Dy. Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force by Sri Thakur Sukhdev Singh, Inspector of Police, South Zone Team, Hyderabad & Sri. Chand Basha, Inspector Anti Narcotic Cell, C.C.S., Hyderabad with the assistance of SIs S/Sri SK Jakeer Hussain, D. Venkateshwarlu, K. Venkateshwarlu and G. Mallesh and Staff.
