Facts of the case is that on 09-12-2015 at 1100 hours, received a report from Sri. D. Ashwin Raju 

PC 3752 of PS Shahinayathgunj, Hyderabad in which he stated that on he along with HG 3254 Sri. Chand 

Pasha while performing Patrolling duty in BC II area received a VHF set message that one unknown male 

dead body lying at H.No:14-9-673, Goshacut, Hyderabad. By receiving the message immediately they 

rushed to the spot and found that one unknown male dead body lying opposite to H.No:14-9-673, 

Goshacut, Hyderabad. The deceased particulars of the dead body are aged about 45-50 yrs, height about: 

5.5”, complexion: Medium, Built: Medium, eyes were closed, mouth  Open, Hair: Black &  White,  

Beard:  small(Black & White),  Seems to be Hindu,  Wearing clothes: Light Pink Stribes Full Sleeves 

Shirt, Chocolate colour Pant, A Mole on the abdomen, On enquiry with the locality people nobody
