A1. Shaik Nazeer Ahmed s/o Shaik Khaleel Ahmed, Age 20 years, Occ; B.Tech Student r/o H.No:11-19-27, Bhagath Singh Nagar, Saroornagar, Ranga Reddy District. (He was arrested on 22-12-2015 and was produced before the honorable court now he is on judicial remand)

2. Guntaka Vasu Reddy s/o Tirupathi Reddy, Age 20 years, Occ; Student r/o Flat No-206, Icon Apprts, Near Jaya Bheri Park, Kompally, Ranga Reddy District.

MODUS OPERENDI

The Accused A1 Shaik Naseer Ahmed is studying Mechanical Engineering in RR Dist. He was habituated to lead a lavish life and he became motor cycle offender for meting his exigencies incurred in meting his lavish life. He got acquainted with the other offender A2 G. Vasu Reddy of Kompally, who is pursuing ITI in Kompally of Hyderabad, and both decided to commit offences and to dispose of the stolen two wheelers.

A1 Shaik Naseer Ahmed committed eight (8) offences from the

    following P.S.s

1. Two (2) from Saidabad Police Station

2. One (1) from Nallakunta PS

3. Two (2) from LB Nagar PS limits.

4. One (1)  from Chaitanyapuri PS

5. Two (2) from Saroornagar PS

(Among the above 8 vehicles 3 vehicles recovered from A1 & 5 vehicles recovered at the instance of A2).

A2 Guntaka Vasu Reddy committed five (5) offences from the following

    P.S.s

1. One (1) from Saidabad PS

2. One (1) from Malakpet PS

3. Two (2) from Saroornagar PS

4. One (1) from Chaitanyapuri PS

(Total 10 vehicles recovered from A2).

  INVESTIGATION

The Detective Inspector K. Nageswar Rao along with DSI V Shankar and his crime team made strenuous efforts and detected these cases basing on clue from the CC TV footage. While committing two wheeler offence infront of Decent Men’s parlor infront of Shiva Ganga theatre and identified the accused as a previous offender and tracked him and recovered 13 motor cycles at the instance of duo offenders. Basing on the confession of A 1 Shaik Naseer Ahmed, the other accused G. Vasu Reddy was apprehended and brought them to light.

The case was investigated by K. Nageswar Rao, Detective Inspector Police P.S Saidabad with his crime team with the active assistance of Sri. A. Srinivas Rao, Inspector of Police P.S. Saidabad under the guidance of Sri Ch. Sudhakar ACP Malakpet arrested the accused under the supervision of Sri L.T. Chandra Sekhar, Addl. Dy. Commissioner of Police, East Zone, Hyderabad.
