   The brief facts of the case are that on 07-12-2015 at 16.45 hours, received a report from  Sri. B. Narsing Rao, PC: 4967 of P.S. Shahinayathgunj, Hyderabad in which he stated that on 07-12-2015 at 15.45 hours, while he along with Sri. A. Hari Krishna Goud, HG 4541, both were performing patrolling duty on BC-II area, and passing from Jummerath Bazar, Hyderabad meantime they noticed that some persons gathered at in front of Tyre’s Godown, near Out Post P.S. Shahinayathgunj, Jummerath Bazar, Hyderabad, when they went to find out what had happened and found that one unknown male deceased dead body lying on the footpath in front of Tyre’s Godown, near Out Post P.S. Shahinayathgunj, Jummerath Bazar, Hyderabad. The descriptive particulars of unknown male deceased dead body are age about 45-50 years, Height about 5 feets, Built: Lean Personality, Eyes and Mouth were open, Complexion: Black, Hairs: Black, Beard: Black & white Colour, Wearing clothes: Pink Colour shirt and Black Colour pant, amole on back side of body, seems to be Hindu and beggar and found treatment bandage on left leg of deceased. On enquiry with the locality people nobody identified to unknown male deceased. As per instruction of superior Officer they shifted the unknown male deceased dead body to OGH Mortuary room for preservation.  Therefore he requested to take necessary action in this matter as per law.
