 .brief facts of the deceased Smt. Boya Ramadevi W/o Late Sreenu, age 35 years boya, Occ; Labour, Caste: Boya, r/o H.No. 1-11-93/4/1 Budwel Rly Station, Rajendranagar Mandal N/o Raichur, Karnataka State was solemnized with one Srinu of Raichur District Karnataka state and a female child Sravanthi and her husband died due to snake bite about four years back and the deceased came to Hyderabad and residing in a rented house belongs to Tanniru Kondaiah for the last three months. So many lorry drivers used to visit the house of deceased which caused difficulties to the locality ladies and presently the deceased is pregnant of nine months and about to deliver. The accused Botikallu Karan [at] Karan S/o Late Gokaraiah, Age: 25 years, Caste: SC (Madiga), OccP Labour Work, R/o Block No. 14, Room No. 25, Rajeev Gruhakalpa, Laxmiguda, Kattedan, Rajendranagar N/o Vemula Village of Mahaboobnagar Dist is the neighbor and on noticing the behavior of deceased, he cautioned her on many occasions to change her attitude. On that on the instigation of deceased some persons attacked on the accused. Since then the accused bore grudges on the deceased and waiting for opportunity to eliminate her. On 03-10-2014 the accused has purchased wine bottle and had it and in the intervening night of 03/04-10-2014 the accused went to the house of deceased and found the door is partially opened, taking the advantage he entered into the house found the deceased is in deep sleep and her daughter sleeping beside right to her, on that the accused attempted to commit rape her, but the deceased woke up and struggled with the accused and in the furious mood the accused bitten to her nipples and manual strangulated her to death and thereafter he escaped and took shelter at various places. on 05-12-2015 morning on tip off, apprehended the accused in his residence at Rajeev Gruhakalpa, Laxmiguda Kattedan and on interrogation the accused confessed to have committed this offence admitted his guilt. The arrested accused is being remanded to judicial custody.
