PRESS NOTE


    On 25/04/2012 between 1.30 PM to 2.00 PM the Robbery offenders namely A-1: Mudari Mahesh Kumar S/o  Kanakesham Age: 28 Yrs, Occ: Book Distributor R/o 1-2-342/2/1, Pool   Bagh  Domalguda, Hyderabad, A-2: Medari Naveen  Kumar  @ Naveen S/o Vidya Sagar Age: 27 Yrs,  Caste: Madiga, Occ: vegetable Business  R/o  12-3-42/A, New Mallepally, “D” Block Colony, Hyderabad, A-3:Dumpolla Prasad S/o Krishnaiah Age:27 Yrs, Caste: Madiga (SC) Occ: Ice Cream  Business R/o 4-39-54,  Dina bandu Colony , Jagadgirigutta, RR Dist, TS and A-4: Samara Sudhakar S/o S. Eshwaraiah Age: 34 Yrs,  Caste: Mudiraj Occ: Auto Driver  R/o 6-3-82/6/A, Prem Nagar, Khairathabad, Hyderabad entered into the house of the complainant Sri. Srinivasa Chari s/o K. Ranga chary, age 28 yrs, occ: student, r/o H.No.1-2-365/9, Domalguda, Hyderabad on the pretext of current meter checking and robbed 22 tulas gold ornaments and 1.4 lakhs net cash from the victim Smt. Athulayamma, aged: 70 years on point of knife and keeping the victim under fear of death.

        On the above complaint a case vide Cr.No. 142/2012 U/S 392, 397 IPC was registered at P.S. Chikkadpally on 25/4/2012.

        The then Crime Inspector Sri. Subba Rami Reddy and his Team has made stringent/sincere efforts and apprehended the above accused and recovered the robbed property i.e. 22 tulas gold ornaments all W/Rs. 6,00,000/- and filed charge sheet.

        The Honourable Metropolitan Sessions Judge tried the case vide S.C. No. 438/2014, the court staff of P.S. Chikkadpally PC 3533  Shravan Kumar, PC 5760 Kiran Yadav have taken interest in briefing the all witnesses under the close supervision of N.L.N. Raju, Inspector of Police, Chikkadpally PS successfully presented the prosecution witnesses for which the case ended in conviction for all the above (4) Criminals and sentenced to undergo Four years of Imprisonment and Rs. 5000/- fine  to each accused on 04/11/2015.  

Sri. V.B. Kamalasan Reddy, The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Zone and Sri. J. Narsaiah, Asst. Commissioner of Police, Chikkadpally appreciated the above staff of Chikkadpally for getting conviction to the accused persons.  The Staff will be rewarded suitably.  CDC sheets against the Convicted accused will be opened and sent to concern Police Stations for surveillance.
