Facts of the case are that On 29-11-2015 at 10:00 Hours received a complaint from  Syed Mohammed Khaja Akber Hussaini Chisti Mirjani Khalandari Yousuf S/o Syed Niyamath Shaha Kalandari, Age: 40 Years, Occ: Priest in Mir Mahamood Baba Dargha, R/o. Hazarath Syed Shah Masthan Khadri Dargha, Road No-9, Setwin, Rajendranagar, Ph. No: 9347997436.   In which he stated that, today i.e. on 29-11-2015 at about 07:00hrs on the branch of the Mir Alam Tank at Necklace road, backside of Mir Mahamood Baba Dargha, received a information by some walkers of Necklace road by stating that, one un-identified person found dead, it might have some other unknown persons have cut his throat and stabbed with knifes and murdered went to saw but he was already found dead.  The person aged might be about 18 yrs, wearing yellow color T-Shirt and it was wet in full of blood and green color lower, who is fair and he was from Muslim community.  20/29-11-2015 at night hours, some unknown persons have murdered him. Hence, he request to take severe action against the above as per law. Hence FIR.
