PRESS NOTE  -  Dt.17.11.2015

Kachiguda Police served Preventive Detention Order against the Habitual Property Offender, details as under:

Accused: Pille Shekar Yadav @ Giri Raj Yadav S/o Subramanyam, aged about 30 years, Occ: Hotel Worker, N/o near Gunj, Old Bus stand, Mahaboob Nagar Dist.,.

 

Offences: He is a Habitual property offender who involved in (21) Criminal Cases viz., Snatching of Gold Chains including Mangala Suthrams from the women folk in Public Streets, Auto-Mobile thefts etc., since 2010 in the limits of Hyderabad City and bordering Police Stations of Cyberabad among them (8) cases i.e., Bala Nagar (3), Medipally (2), Sanathnagar (2), Banjara Hills (1) ended in conviction, (6) Cases i.e., Keesara (3), Sanathnagar (1), Balanagar (1), Uppal (1) were compromised in Lok Adalath, (1) case of Balanagar ended in acquittal, (3) cases i.e., Malakpet (1), Kachiguda (2) are pending trial, (3) cases i.e., Amberpet (1), Afzalgunj PS (2) are under investigation. On 26.08.2015 Kachiguda Police arrested in two wheeler theft case and sent him to the Judicial Remand.  

As per the orders of the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City today Kachiguda Police served the preventive Detention Order against him in Central Prison, Chanchalguda.
