Auction of abandoned vehicles

Cyberabad Police has accumulation of (816) abandoned and unclaimed vehicles of various types and make which is pooled at the parade ground CAR, HQtrs, Amberpet. It is proposed to dispose off these vehicles by the way of public auction, as empowered U/s 7 of Cyberabad (Metropolitan Area) police act 2004 r/w Sec. 40 of Hyderabad City Police Act.

Any person having any objection or ownership interest in any of these vehicles may file an application before the OSD, CAR HQrts, Cyberabad Police Commissionerate and claim the vehicle within a period of (15) days from the date of note release, failing which the vehicles will be auctioned.

The details /particulars of vehicles are available with the OSD CAR HQrts, Amberpet, Cyberabad Police Commissionerate and in the office website of Cyberabad i.e. www.cyberabadpolice.gov.in . The claimers are may personally inspect the vehicles with the prior permission of the OSD CAR HQtrs, Cyberabad at Amberpet HQtrs Parade ground CAR Cyberabad.
