LAKE POLICE RESCUED A MAN FROM COMMITING SUICIDE
On 17 of November 2015 at 13.30 hours PS Lake rescued a man i.e. Sri.
A. Sainath from committing suicide in Hussain Sagar. The particulars of the rescued
NAME:- A. Sainath s/o A. Rajender, age:- 26 years, occ:- pvt employee, r/o:- 1-3-
106/3/2, opp S.B.H. bank, kavadi guda, sec-bad.
On causing enquiry it came to know that the victim is soft ware employee. His
father Sri. Rajender is suffering with cancer and he in last stage. Due to which he went
into depression and planned to commit suicide by jumping into the lake water. By taking hasty decision, he came to upper tank bund at about 13.30 hours and try to commit suicide by jumping into the lake. Immediately, the patrolling lake police noticed the victim under suspicious manner and timely reached and stopped him
Inspector Lake K. Sreedevi counseled him, after that called his brother to lake PS counseled him and suggested him to consult Psychiatrist for his depression.
Thus, the patrolling BC of Lake PS Sri. Santosh PC 5826 and Sri. Karthik kumar
HG 6916 have tactfully identified the victim and rescued him from committing suicide,
which was done under the supervision of Smt. Sreedevi Inspector lake P.S. On that the officer will be suitably reward to them as a token of recognition of their good work in saving a life.
