NOTE
LAKE POLICE RESCUED A WOMEN FROM COMMITING SUICIDE
In the intervening night of 13/14 of
October 2015 at 22.00
hours PS Lake rescued a women i.e. Kum. Papannagari. Kavitha from committing
suicide in Hussain Sagar. The particulars of the rescued women are as follow:-

Kum. Papannagari. Kavitha d/o Sri. P. Ramchandra reddy, age:-25 years, qly:-
Intermediate, r/o:- Bathoi (Vil), Medak (M)m Medak (Dist).

On
causing enquiry, it came to know that the victim is a psychiatric patient,
undergoing treatment Aasha hospital, Banjarahills. Yesterday i.e., on
13-10-2015 evening she was going to her sister (Bhagya’s) house who resides at
Mohammed nagar, Kowdipally (M), Medak Dist. With her brother and her sister’s
husband, she escaped from them. Today at about 1510 hours, she came to upper
tank bund and tried to jump into the lake water. Immediately our patrolling
lake police noticed him and saved her life after that called her brother to
lake police station hence handed over to him.

By
taking hasty decision, she came to upper tank bund near Lepakshi and tried to
jump into the lake water to commit suicide. Immediately, the available
patrolling lake police noticed the victim under suspicious manner and timely
reached and stopped her from jumping into the Lake.

Inspector
Lake Smt. K. Sreedevi counselled her, after
counselling her called her brother ( P. Jitender reddy ) to Lake police station
and counselled them and handed over to them.

Thus,
the patrolling BC of Lake PS Sri. Abhilash, PC 4007 and Sri. Ananthaiah, HG 9634
have tactfully identified the victim lady in a suspicious stage and rescued her
from committing suicide, which was done under the supervision of Smt. Sreedevi,
Inspector of lake P.S. On that, the officer along with her staff will be
suitably rewarded as a token of recognition of their good work in saving a
life.
