A NOTORIOUS CONMAN ARRESTED BY GANDHI NAGAR POLICE

    On 27.10.2015 the Police Gandhi Nagar arrested a notorious conman and seized 3 Two Wheeler Vehicle and One Samsung Note Edge worth Rs. 2.5 Lakhs.

Details of the Accused

• NenavathVinod Kumar @ Vinod S/o NenavathBichuNaik, aged 22 yrs, Occ B. Tech Student, R/o H.No. 8-75, Balaji Nagar, Venkatapur, RCI Road, Balapur, Rangareddy Dist. N/o NichuguttaThanda, AmangalMandal, Mahaboobnagar Dist.    

Modus Operandi

    The offender will select Two Wheelers and Breaks the lock by using the duplicate Keys, and Cell Phone snatching.  

Criminal background of the accused

    The accused NenavathVinod Kumar has been involved in 08 cases from the year 2014 by adopting same Modus operandi. Later he was arrested by Narayanguda Police and was remanded to Judicial Custody. In the year 2014, he was involved in Cr.no. 211/2014 U/s 379 IPC and was arrested by Gandhi Nagar. After his release from jail in the month of February, he again started committing theft in the limits of Hyderabad and Cyberabad Commissionerates.

    The accused stolen One Bike KTM RC-390 in the limits of Banjara Hills Police Station and committed an road accident with the help of the same bike in the limits of Pahadi-Shareef Police Station, Cyberabad Limits in Cr.No. 147/2015 u/s 304-A IPC.

    Presently after his release from jail he was involved in the following cases.

2. Cr.No. 488/2015 u/s 379 IPC of Banjara Hills P.S.
3. Cr.No. 147/2015 u/s 304-A IPC of Pahadi-shareef P.S., Cyberabad
4. Cr.No. 282/2015 u/s 379 IPC of Chikkadpally P.S.
5. Cr.No. 624/2015 u/s 382, 411 IPC of Panjagutta P.S.
6. Cr.No. 443/2015 u/s 379 IPC of Chikkadpally P.S.
7. Cr.No. 250/2015 u/s 379 IPC of Ramgopalpet P.S.

Appeal to the Public

• Number of cases are reporting under this Modus Operandi.

• The Public are requested as and when they come across with such people, they shall inform to nearest Police Station or 100-Dial to prevent the crime and arrest the accused.

• The people shall not believe the version of any unknown/stranger who comes to them in the name of loan, donation etc.

• The public are requested to educate their old aged people while they are going outside regarding this type of offences.    

Action under P.D. Act

    The accused is a notorious and potential element and involved in this type of crime. There is no change in his behaviour. To curb his activities P.D. Act is being initiated against him in the interest of safety and security of the public in general.

Commissioner of Police, Chikkadpally Division, bySri. T. Srinatha Reddy, Addl. Inspr. of Police, Gandhi Nagar P.S., Sri. A. SanjeevaRao, Inspr. of Police, Gandhi Nagar P.S. with the assistance of and Sri. Rathlavath Ramesh Naik, DSI, Gandhi Nagar P.S. and crime staff of Gandhi Nagar P.S.
