Ink attack on Engineer Rashid in Delhi
| Independent J&K MLA Engineer Rashid and his suppoprters were attacked with black ink by Hindu Sena activists in Press Club of India in Delhi on Monday (October 19). This is the second attack on the MLA. Earlier this month, Engineer Rashid was thrashed in the state assembly for hosting a beef party in Jammu and Kashmir. Meanwhile, curfew-like restrictions were imposed in eight police station areas and separatist leaders put under house arrest in the valley where protests erupted after Zahid Ahmed, who was allegedly attacked over cow slaughter rumours, succumbed to injuries at a Delhi hospital. | ||
