On the intervening night of 24/25.05.2015 the accused Syed Wajid, S/o
Syed Sidiq, Age: 19 yrs, Occ: Work in Plastic Company, R/o Owaisi Hills,
Shastripuram, Rajendranagar Mandal (Who is involved in Cr.No. 706/2015
U/s 457, 380 IPC) gained entry in to the complainant Mohammed Idris Taha
Kirana Shop at Shastripuram by breaking the asbestos sheet of roof of
the shop and committed theft of 1. Cigarrate boxes, 2. Recharge cards,
3. Badam Box and 4. Net cash Rs. 10,000/- Total W/Rs. 20,000/-. Today
i.e. 28.10.2015 at about 08:30
hrs apprehended the accused at Kattedan X Road, brought him to PS,
recovered the stolen property, arrested and sent him to judicial remand,
