SOUTH ZONE POLICE NABBED 4 MEMBERS GANG OF
FOXY / WILE LAND GRABBERS IN OLD CITY.
The sleuths of South zone nabbed a foxy/wile gang
of LAND GRABBERS who had created forged and fabricated documents all worth of
Rs.1.5 Crore Rupees and sold the grabbed/ illegally occupied plots to other
innocent scapegoat buyers.
The
gang consist of different team, one team will locate/select the open plot or semi
constructed structures, which were not
in observation by the owners, one team will prepare the documents of that
particular land etc, one team will select the scapegoat buyers to sell the land
on the strength of fabricated / forged documents & swallowing / ingesting
the lifetime hard earning money from innocent civics.
The
entire processes of the land grabbing come to light based on the petition of
Smt.
Tayaba bee
R/o Falaknuma who is the prime victim of this gang. She has sold out a plot owned by her
late husband & invested an amount of Rs8,50,000/- and purchased the open plot
admeasuring 200 Sq. Yards at Bandlaguda.
MODUS
OPERANDI OF ACCUSED:
The
accused Ali Jabri, Shaik Ali Bawazeer, Mohd.
Zurmali, Jahangir Tiger, Meer Shaker
Ali, Kousar Pahelwan, Md.Sweety, Md. Arif, Allah Uddin hafeez, Yakub Aman, and Mujeeb, have formed a gang of land
grabbers, used to select the open plots /semi constructed plots which
were not in observation by the owners, and create
forged and fabricated agreement of sales along with link documents of the said
open plots, with the help of one Aman and Mujeeb Khan who are expert in
creating fabricated documents, and after creating documents all the gang
members will search for the party, they all together make the party/victims to
believe that they are the Original owners, and enter into agreement of sale
with the innocent buyers, collect the sale consideration.
The innocent scapegoat buyers when goes on the plots for constructions, on coming to know, when the
real and original owners come and obstruct them, the victim rush to the accused
persons, who either try to create cock and bull stories, they take time to pay
back money and drag the matter, or used to threaten the victims. If the victim
had taken over the possession, they used to make compromise deal with the real
owners and pay some money or they will pay part of the money to the victims to
get away from the land.

Mujeeb
Khan :
Ø He manages to get the
old blank stamp papers to prepare the documents.
Ø The source of obtaining
the old non judicial stamp papers is the scrap of the courts.
Ø After collecting the
stamp papers from the scrap of the civil courts, he used to do chemical wash to
erase the contents of the stamp paper.
Ø The same will be handed
over to the Aman to prepare the contents.
Aman: On receipt of the blank documents from Mujeeb Khan he will
retype the information provided by the other accused persons with the help of
old type writing machines and systems and creates forged documents of the open
plot.

Forgery and fabricated Original Documents.
The above persons had
created about 15 to 16 forged and fabricated documents and sold to the innocent
victims, who are sufferer at the hands of accused persons.
The aforesaid accused
persons created the forged documents of the open plot Nos. 164, 165, 186 and
187 in Sy. No. 103/14, 103/16 at Bandlaguda belonging to one Dr. Syad Islamuddun, Professor, Associate Professor in
Political Science (Urdu), Evening College, Himayathnagar and sold 215 Sq.yards
to Dr. Mir Aslam Rahmani for Rs. 11,82,500/-., 110 Sq. Yards
sold to Mohd. Fareed for an amount of Rs.5,20,000/- and 310 Sq. Yards
sold to Mohd. Mehraz for an amount of Rs.19,10,000/-.
In the transactions of
grabbed land pertaining to one Dr. Syad Islamuddun, Professor, only one complaint
from Dr. Dr. Mir Aslam Rahmani was received and accordingly a case was
registered. The remaining two scapegoats
1Mohd. Fareed & 2. Mohd. Mehraz are hesitating to give complaint against
the accused persons.
Only five victims had
given the complaints to police and the other victims did not approach the
police, since the accused persons have terrorized them and threatened with dire
consequences if they lodge complaints, and some had not lodged complaints only
on the false promises made by the accused to refund the sale
consideration.

Appeal
to the victims:-
It is an appeal to the victims who were
cheated by the above named accused persons can directly approach the police
station Chandrayangutta or to the ACP Falaknuma Division to lodge
complaints.
Speaking
to the media, V. Satyanarayana, IPS DCP South Zone said that the proposals are
being submitting to the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City against all the foxy
gang members for obtaining orders to detained then under PD Act. The persons
who are continually indulging in land grabbing and cheating the innocent common
civics will also be detained under PD Act after obtaining the order from the
Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad as The
Ordinary Law under which they were booked are not sufficient to deal with the
illegal activities who has no regards to human life and dignity unless they are
detained under the detention law.
Further
he add that the police will not spare the foxy / wily persons guzzling/ swallowing
/ ingesting the lifetime hard earn money of the poor civics.
The
case is investigated by the Inspector of police Sri N. Rama Rao, and his staff
S. Raghavendra, Addl. Inspector of police, SIs. Sri. M.Balaswamy, Sri M.Srinivasa
Rao, Sri. K. Laxmainah and men under the supervision of DCP South Zone Sri N.
Satyanarayana, IPS, and ACP Sri Mohd. Abdul Bari of Falaknuma Division.
