THE COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, CYBERABAD DETAINS NOTORIOUS PROPERTY OFFENDERS UNDER P.D. ACT.
In ongoing drive against offenders in Cyberabad Police Commissionerate the Commissioner of Police has detained a notorious house burglar under P.D. Act. The offender has been arrested previously and is repeatedly and habitually indulging in stealing and robbing from people’s homes. His acts has been prejudicial to the maintenance of public order and unless he has kept out of the society for a considerable period by detaining him in the prison under this act, to prevent him to commit such offences, public order and confidence of public in the law cannot be restored.
Hence, Preventive Detention orders are invoked against Rathalavath Shanker Naik @ Rajesh, s/o Krushnaiah, Age: 23 yrs, Occ: Student, r/o H.No. 2-120, Nagarlabanda Thanda, Thumkunta (V), Vipanagandla (M), Kollapur Thaluk, Mahaboobnagar District of Saroornagar P.S. by the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad Sri C.V. Anand, IPS, as a part of Preservation of peace and maintaining public order in the Cyberabad.
