VHP allow non-Hindus in....after they say 'Jai Sriram'

VHP allow non-Hindus in Navratri garba only after they say 'Jai Sriram'

A group of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) activists, wearing saffron scarves and bandanas, stopped non-Hindus, put red tika on their forehead and made them chant ‘Jai Shri ram’ before letting them inside Navratri Garba in Ahmedabad on Sunday night.

VHP has put up various billboards outside the garba venues which say, ‘No entry for non-Hindus’.

They have made it compulsory for non-Hindus to sport the red tika on their forehead and be ‘purified’ by sprinkling some cow urine if they want to partake in the Navratri celebrations.

A police squad has been set up at every venue to watch this act from a safe distance.
