PD ACT AGAINST HOUSE BURGLAR
To control the activities of criminals in Hyderabad City, to promoting safety and security in the City, a special drive is continuing to control activities of criminals who are indulging in unlawful acts such as contract Marriages, Chain Snatchings, House Burglars, illegal financers etc., by using lethal force, their acts are danger to the safety and Security of the society and their activities have been consistently prejudicial for the maintenance of Public Order and Peace at large in the Society.
Police invoked the provisions under the AP Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Boot-Leggers, Dacoits, Drug-Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders and Land-Grabbers Act 1986 against Habeeb Mustafa Khan @ Dilawar Khan S/o Usman Khan R.o H.No. 18-8-244/A/18, Fatheshah Nagar, Moinbagh, Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad notorious criminal ( House Burglar ). In order to maintain Public Order and to infuse a sense of Safety and Security in the minds of law abiding citizens, Police feels that recourse to normal Law may not be effective deterrent in preventing him from indulging in such further activities prejudicial to the maintenance of public order in the area, unless they are detained.
Habeeb Mustafa Khan @ Dilawar Khan S/o Usman Khan R/o H.No. 18-8-244/A/18, Fatheshah nagar, Moinbagh, Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad has been repeatedly indulging in House Burglaries in the night times in the Hyderabad city. He was involved in as many as 26 cases of House Burglary nights since 2009 in the limits of Hyderabad.
He consistently creating fear and panic in general public especially women folk who constitute 50% of population by committing such offences in public places and thus they has been acting in a manner prejudicial to the maintenance of public order apart from disturbing the peace, tranquility, social harmony in the society.
The cases registered against him have not shown any deterrent effect on them so far. He is continued to indulge in the similar offences in public places, which are detrimental to the public order and therefore his activities are required to be prevented by a detention order.
Since, he is involving in HB Nights and causing a feeling of insecurity among the general public in the Hyderabad. In order to promoting safety and security of the general public with his unlawful activities to maintain

public order and to control the unlawful activities of the above said House Burglar.
The Commissioner of Police Hyderabad in excise of his power issued the order’s to detain him on the proposals of Dy. Commissioner of Police, South Zone.
To-day Detention order was served on him at Chanchalguda Central Jail. V. Satyanarayana, IPS Dy. Commissioner of police, South Zone, Hyderabad.
