Regional Film Censor Board member and prominent fashion designer Manga Reddy heinously assaulted an upcoming filmmaker Sarath Kumar on Friday morning. The victim has sustained grievous injuries to his head and has been discharged from a hospital. A case has been registered at the Banjara Hills police station.
