LAKE POLICE RESCUED TWO FEMALE PERSON FROM COMMITING SUICIDE

During 30th of September 2015, PS Lake officials has rescued two female person, Their particulars are 1. Smt. Addapur. Anjali, 2. Smt. Raparthi. Rukkumma, while they were attempting to commit suicide by jumping into the Hussain Sagar Lake. The Details of the rescued persons are as follows:-

First incident:  Occurred on 30.09.2015 at 1130 hours upper tankbund near pooja stal:

Details of Victims:

• Smt. Addapur. Anjali w/o Addapur. Ravi, age:- 26 years, occ:- maid servant, r/o:- 2-4-665/13, sundhar nagar, kacheguda, Hyderabad.

Reasons: On causing enquiry she revealed that she got marriage with Sri. Addapur. Ravi in the year 2006 and blessed with 2 male children. Leading conjugal life happy. Three years back her husband expired due to Jaundice, from then the victim and her children staying at her maternal house. The victim works as a maid servant at nearby neighbour’s house at their residence. Last night her mother scolded her badly for a petty matter due to which the victim went into depression and planned to jump into the lake water to commit suicide.

SECOND INCIDENT:  It is occurred on 30.09.2015 at 1430 hours at upper tankbund near lepakshi:

Reasons: On causing enquiry she revealed that she is a married person and having three male and a female children all are well educated, well settled and they are married persons. They do not take care of their mother and quarrels regularly with her for petty issues. Due to which she went into depression and decided to end her life by jumping into the lake water. Today at about 1430 hrs came to upper tankbund near lepakshi and tried to jump into the lake water. Immediately, the available lake police noticed the victim and rescued her. After counselling her Smt. K. Sreedevi, Inspector of lake PS sent her to Amber pet PS along with one WHG and one PC for further action.

• As such Lake Police played a vital role in saving them in spontaneously without giving any scope for untoward incidents for which they could have saved the lives of  people viz., 1. Smt. Addapur. Anjali, 2. Smt. Raparthi. Rukkumma, while in two incidents which occurred in between 30.09.2015 at 1130 hours to 30.06.2015 at 1430 hours. Smt.K. Sreedevi, Inspector of Police, Lake Police Station counselled them promptly and they were safely handed over to their relatives by duly taking their assurances that they will not repeat such things in near & future.
• Thus, the patrolling Blue Colts of Lake PS viz., Sri. Rakesh sagar, PC 3455, Sri. Satyam, PC 2981, Sri. Sridhar, HG 8449, have tactfully identified the above persons in a suspicious manner and rescued them from committing suicide which was done under the supervision of Smt. Sreedevi Inspector lake P.S. On that the officer & her staff will be suitably reward as a token of recognition of their good work in saving lives.
