Rape Survivor Claims Jt Commissioner Bharti Arora Shielded Accused

Amid the ongoing tiff between Gurgaon JCP and the Police Commissioner, the rape victim said that she had complained to the state DGP and the Haryana Chief Minister, seeking Bharti Arora’s removal from the case.
