THE COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, CYBERABAD DETAINS NOTORIOUS (3) PROPERTY OFFENDERS UNDER P.D. ACT.
In ongoing drive against offenders in Cyberabad Police Commissionerate the Commissioner of Police has detained (3) notorious burglars under P.D. Act. These offenders have been arrested previously and are repeatedly and habitually indulging in stealing and robbing from people's homes. Their acts have been prejudicial to the maintenance of public order and unless they have kept out of the society for a considerable period by detaining them in the prison under this act, to prevent them to commit such offences, public order and confidence of public in the law cannot be restored.
Hence, Preventive Detention orders are invoked against the following offender by the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad Sri C.V. Anand, IPS, as a part of Preservation of peace and maintaining public order in the Cyberabad.
1) Dharur Kanyalal Tagore S/o Raj Tagore, age 22 years, occu: Labour, R/o H.No. 10-13/1, JUanantha Nagar, Moosapet, Kukatpally N/o Karjugutti (v) Mannoor (m), Medak district. He is involved in (10) Auto Mobile theft cases in the limits of Cyberabad Commissionerates.
2) Konda Shiva Prasad @ Srinu @ Gopal Reddy @ Shivaji Sonu Kambley S/o Palakshudu @ Ramulu @ Malla Reddy, age: 40 yrs, caste: Padmashali, occ: Labour, r/o near Boulders, Beside Railway Track, Gayathrinagar, Sanathnagar N/o Muslim Street, Jegannapet (V), Mamidikudur (M), East Godavari Dist, present address: Beside Narayana Mestri House, New Jumb, Mukked(T), Nanded Dist. Maharastra. He is involved in (28) House Burglary cases in the limits of Cyberabad and Hyderabad Commissionerates.
3) Kethavath Naveen Kumar @ Naveen @ Aditya @ Didiya s/o Kethavath Suresh, 24 yrs, Occ. Cook-cum-Bike Mechanic, Lambadi by caste r/o H.No.1-2-112/11, Ndigiadda Thanda, Miyapur, Hyderabad N/o Chendippa (V) Shankarpally (M), R.R. District. He is involved in (22) House Burglary cases in the limits of Cyberabad and Hyderabad Commissionerates.
