LAKE POLICE RESCUED A WOMAN FROM COMMITING SUICIDE

              On 22-09-2015 at around 14.20 hours PS Lake rescued a woman Smt. V. Jyothirmai w/o V. Srinivas, Age:- 40 Years from committing suicide in Hussain Sagar.  The particulars of the rescued woman are as follow :-

• NAME:- V. Jyothirmai w/o V. Srinivas, age:- 40 years, occ:- housewife, r/o:- 16-7-678, osman pura, marug masjid, chadarghat, hyd.

• On causing enquiry she revealed that she got married and blessed with three children. Leading conjugal life. The victim said that her husband suspects her character and quarrels regularly with her for petty matter reasons. She unable the torture and planned to commit suicide by jumping into the lake water and came.

• By taking hasty decision, she came to upper tank bund near Lepakshi and tried to jump into the lake water to commit suicide. Immediately, the available patrolling lake police noticed the victim under suspicious manner and timely reached and stopped her from jumping into the Lake.

• Inspector Lake Smt. K. Sreedevi counselled her, after counselling, she was handed over to her parents.

• Thus, the patrolling BC of Lake PS Sri. Satyam, PC 2981 and Sri. Narasimha reddy, HG 3271 , and Sri. Arvind, HG 9663  have tactfully identified the victim lady in a suspicious stage and rescued her from committing suicide, which was done under the supervision of Smt. Sreedevi, Inspector of lake P.S. On that, the officer along with her staff will be suitably rewarded as a token of recognition of their good work in saving a life.
