Complaint by MBT leader Amjed Ullah Khan (Ex Corporator) against Raja Singh BJP MLA at Dabeerpura Police Station for his fresh hate speech given on 23rd Aug 2015 at Hindu Yuva Sangh meeting held in New Delhi and uploaded on You Tube in Sri Ram Channel account on 3rd Sep 2015.

Sub: One more hate speech by Raja Singh (MLA) of Goshamahal Assembly Constituency,Telangana State of BJP Party hurting sentiments of Muslim
Ref: Copy of CD containing hate speech of Raja Singh (MLA)
This is to bring to your kind notice about the Hatred, revulsive and provocative speech by BJP MLA Raja Singh at a meeting held on 23-08-2015 and uploaded on 03-09-2015 at ‘’Sri Ram Channel’’ YouTube to segregate and divide the citizens of India on religion lines infringing the laws of land which may tarnish the secular fabric of India. He instigates the gathering for intrusion and invasion against a particular Minority Community i.e. Muslims; falsely claims pertaining to the sacred and consecrated place of worships of Muslims ‘’ Kabah’’ that it was nothing but the place of the idol of Hindu’s Lord Shiv. Hence I request you to take stern action against the MLA and the owners of the Sri Ram channel to maintain the communal tranquillity and serenity.
I humbly submit that BJP Member of Assembly representing the Gosha Mahal constituency, who is infamous for provocation on religious lines once again, delivered a hatred, revulsive and provocative speech at a meeting held on 23-08-2015 which was also telecasted on 03-09-2015 on ‘’Sri Ram Channel’’ owned by none other than him.
He falsely informed that how the Hindu Community was facing the threat from Muslim Community and how he formed the secret group to check the attacks on Hindu Community. He instigate the gathering to form such groups in their locality for intrusion and invasion against a particular Minority Community i.e. Muslims on par with Hyderabad. He also falsely claimed that the sacred and consecrated place of worships of Muslims ‘’Kabah’’ was actually the abode of the Hindu Lord ‘Shiv’ which has hurted the religious sentiments of Muslim Communities.
This kind of provocative and repulsive hatred speeches may tarnish the secular fabric of India and cause the tranquillity in the Society. Therefore, you are requested to take stern action against the BJP MLA and registered a case against him and the owner of the Channel as this may infringe the laws of the land and sense of impunity amongst the general people. Sir, this is not the first time but since last ten years the said raja Singh have been giving statements against Muslim community but no stringent action has been taken against him due to which he is carrying his communal activities.
