The brief facts of the case are that on 15-10-2015 at 18.00 hours, received a report from Sri. D.Ashwin Raj, PC:3752 of P.S. Shahinayathgunj, Hyderabad wherein he stated that on 15-10-2015 at17:30 hours, while he along with Sri Shaik Chand Pasha, HG 3254, both were performing patrolling duty in BC-II area, on the way when they passing Jummerath Bazaar ground, Jummerath Bazaar, Hyderabad meantime they noticed that some persons gathered near Jummerath Bazaar ground, when they went to find out what had happened and found that one un-known male deceased dead body lying on the ground. The descriptive particulars of unknown male deceased dead body are aged about 35-40 yrs, height about: 5’5”fts, Complexion: Medium, Built: Lean, Eyes: & Mouth were opened, Hair: Black, Wearing cloths: Brown Pant and Chocolate T Shirt, Seems to be Hindu, a mole on left side of chest and right leg handicap. On their enquiry with the locality people nobody identified to above said unknown male deceased. If anybody knows him please inform to P.S.
