AMWAY CASE - CID Telangana

Recently Amway MLM company and its directors and top members were charge sheeted by CID, Telangana State before the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate court, Nampalli, Hyderabad for duping the public and promoting illegal money circulation scheme in the name of sale of goods in connection with the FIR in Cr.Nos.123/2014 and 130/2014 of CCS P.S. and Panjagujja P.S., Hyderabad city. Charge sheet was taken on file by the court vide CC No.100511/2015. Today, in view of appearance of accused, out of 30 accused, 25 accused have appeared before the court and submitted their surities for further appearance on bail.  Court has issued fresh summons u/s.105 Cr.P.C. to the absentee accused who are in foreign countries for their appearance and posted the case to 22/12/2015 for further proceedings.
