LAKE POLICE RESCUED FOUR PERSON ( i.e., THREE MALE AND ONE FEMALE) FROM COMMITING SUICIDE @TANKBUND, HYD.

    

On th October 2015, PS Lake officials has rescued four person i.e., three male and a female person. Their particulars are 1.Sri. Ranveer singh, 2. Sri. A. Krishna, 3. Sri. R. Hari krishna, 4. Smt. Dulapally. Sowmya, while they were attempting to commit suicide by jumping into the Hussain Sagar Lake. The Details of the rescued persons are as follows:-

First incident:  It occurred on 08.10.2015 at 1030 hours at upper Tankbund near Pooja stal.

Details of Victims

• NAME:- Ranveer singh s/o Kishan singh, age:- 33 years, occ:- labour, r/o:- Feroz guda, beside more super market, Balanagar, R.R. district.

Reasons: On causing enquiry, he revealed that he performed love marriage with Smt. Veena in the year 2009 and blessed with 2 children. After marriage they were necked out from their house and they stay separately by Leading conjugal life happily. The victim works as a daily labour at Tiffin centre situated near to his residence. From the past two years, the victim and his family living at his wife’s maternal house on  rent basis. Last month victim lost his job and facing financial problems due to which the victim went into depression and planned to commit suicide by jumping into the lake water.

SECOND INCIDENT:  It occurred on 08.10.2015 at 1230 hours at upper tankbund near lepakshi:

Details of Victims:

• NAME:- A. Krishna s/o late. A. Malesh, age:- 35 years, r/o:- osman gunj, afzal gunj, hyd.

Reasons: On causing enquiry, it came to know that the victim is a alcoholic and quarrels with his parents regularly, abuses them in a filthy language and used to beat them black and blue. The victim’s parents warned him many times to change the behaviour but he did not heed to them. His parents vexed on his behaviour and necked him out from their house. From then, the victim is staying at road side, he fed up with his life by living on road side and planned to commit suicide by jumping into lake water.

THIRD INCIDENT:  It occurred on 08.10.2015 at 1410 hours at Upper Tankbund near Lepakshi:

Details  of Victims:

• NAME:- R. Hari Krishna, S/o. R. Shivaramulu, age 20 years, r/o:- moorkonda (vil), midgiril (m), mahaboob nagar dist.

Reasons:  On causing enquiry, it came to know that the victim is a psychiatric patient. His parents expired long back, since then he is staying at his sister’s (Smt. Balamma) house. On 23-09-2015, his sister brought him to Hyderabad for treatment at erragadda mental hospital. There he escaped from the hospital and roaming on roads. Today at about 1410 hours, he came to upper tank bund and jumped into the lake water. Immediately our patrolling lake police noticed him and saved his life after that called his sister to lake police station and handed over to her.

FOURTH INCIDENT:  It occurred  on 08.10.2015  at 1650 hours at upper tankbund near Lepakshi:

Details  of Victims:

• NAME:- Smt. Dulapalli. Sowmya, w/o. D. Raju, age: 27 years, occ:- housewife, r/o:- 3-3-125/1, chappal bazaar, kacheguda, hyd.

Reasons:  On causing enquiry, she revealed that she performed love marriage on 18th April 2008 and blessed with two children. After marriage, her in-laws used to quarrels with her in petty issues, abuses her in a filthy language. By knowing this, the victim’s parents approached Women police station then they counselled her in-laws and her husband, thereby handed over to her husband. Since, one year her husband is maintaining illegal contact with a neighbouring lady. By knowing this, the victim asked her husband about his illegal affair he and his mother started quarrelling with the victim. The victim fed up on her husband and her in-laws behaviour and planned to commit suicide by jumping into lake water. After counselling her called her parents to lake police station and send them to CCS women police station for further action.

As such Lake Police played a vital role in saving them spontanouesly without giving any scope for untoward incidents for which they could have saved the lives of  people viz., 1.Sri. Ranveer singh, 2. Sri. A. Krishna, 3. Sri. R. Hari, 4. Smt.Dulapally. Sowmya. These four incidents were occured in between 08.10.2015 at 1030 hours to 08.10.2015 at 1650 hours. Smt.K. Sreedevi, Inspector of Police, Lake Police Station counselled them promptly and they were safely handed over to their  relatives and concerned by taking their assurances that they will not repeat such things in near & future.

Thus, the patrolling Blue Colts of Lake PS viz., Sri. Satyam, PC 2981, Sri. Satyanarayana, PC 5826, Sri. Abhilash, PC 4007,  Sri. Kishan, HG 5036 and Sri. Anwar hussain, HG 3030 have tactfully identified the above persons in a suspicious manner and rescued them from committing suicide which was done under the supervision of Smt. Sreedevi Inspector lake P.S. On that the officer & her staff will be suitably reward as a token of recognition of their good work in saving  lives.
