A HABITUAL  OFFENDER WHO COMMITTED SERIES OF NIGHT HOUSE BURGLARIES ARRESTED & SEIZED PROPERTY WORTH RS.17 LAKHS

MEDIPALLY PS MALKAJGIRI ZONE

      In order to keep a check on Property offences special crime teams have been pressed into action in Malkajgiri Zone with the twin-fold aim of keeping a close watch over the habitual offenders and to continue the preventive policing effort by assisting the dynamic beats. In Medipally PS, the special team  has been tracking absconding professional offenders who have committed series of burglaries, as part of this special drive, Maram Venkat Reddy, a night house burglar, who committed a string of offences in Malkajgiri and LB Nagar zone was nabbed.

Occupation: Auto Driver, (Study:degree IInd year,)

Address : R/o Shankar  Nagar Peerzadiguda, Medipally, Medipally Limits, n/o Gummadavelly (V), Devarakonda (M) Nalgonda Dist.

Past Criminal History : Involved in many property offences since past 20 years, Have warrants pending warrants (By Warangal and Jeedimetla police), Arrested by Saroornagar, been to jail over 5 times.

ARREST PARTICULARS;-

              On 11-10-2015 at 0800 hours, the crime party men, while  while performing vehicle checking at Canara Nagar Bus stop, in limits of Medipally PS, noticed the accused Maram Venkata Reddy, moving on his stolen motor cycle. As the crime team had his background information, he was questioned about vehicle documents but he did not respond properly,

On frisking, the team found  Gold ornaments in his trousers' pocket, immediately he was brought  to PS, thoroughly interrogated him. The accused while confessing about the offences, stated that  he is a habitual offender, has been earning his living by committing offences and is also addicted to consuming liquor, Smoking etc.

PREVIOUS CRIMINAL HISTORY
The accused previously committed Property offences in the limits of Saidabad, Saroornagar, Santosh Nagar,  Kanchan Bagh, LB Nagar,  Narket, Rajendra Nagar,  Amangal, MBNR Dist, Shaligoraram, Nalgonda Dist, and was imprisoned several times and after releasing  from jail also he continued offences, in month of January-2015, he took the shelter at Shankar Nagar Medipally, committed night house burglary offences in limits of Medipally, Ghatkesar, LB Nagar, Malkajgiri PSs of Cyderabad.
