LAKE POLICE RESCUED A WOMEN FROM COMMITING SUICIDE

              On 03-10-2015 at 15.20 hours PS Lake rescued a women i.e. Smt. Amreen begum from committing suicide in Hussain Sagar. The particulars of the rescued women are as follow:-

• NAME:- Amreen begum w/o Sahab ali, age:- 19 years, occ:- Pvt security guard, r/o:- Dogi (vil), Zairabad, Medak dist.

• On causing enquiry she revealed that on 18 July 2015, she performed love marriage with Sri. Sahab ali, n/o Assam state and reside at Shankar pally who is also working in the same area. From the last three months both living together at Shankar pally village. Since the victim’s husband is a n/o Assam state, they planned to move to Assam. On the evening of 30 September 2015 both reached Secunderabad railway station and victim’s husband made her to sit in the platform and to wait for him to get back the tickets to assam state. Sahab ali went to purchase tickets but he didn’t turned back. With which she stood up there for the last three days. By seeing his evil intention she got vexed up with her life and decided to commit suicide. Today at about 15.20 hours she came to upper tankbund near lepakshi and tried.

• By taking hasty decision, she came to upper tank bund near lepakshi and tried to jump into the lake water to commit suicide. Immediately, the available patrolling lake police noticed the victim under suspicious manner and timely reached and stopped her from jumping into the Lake.

• Inspector Lake Smt. K. Sreedevi counselled her, after counselling her, she was handed over to Gandhi nagar PS for further action.

• Thus, the patrolling BC of Lake PS Sri. Abhilash, PC 4007 and Sri. Sunitha, WHG 7396 have tactfully identified the victim lady in a suspicious stage and rescued her from committing suicide, which was done under the supervision of Smt. Sreedevi, Inspector of lake P.S. On that, the officer along with her staff will be suitably rewarded as a token of recognition of their good work in saving a life.
