PRESS NOTE

Today i.e., on 06-10-2015 the Cyber Crime Police, CCS, DD, Hyderabad arrested 4 accused persons, who had posted abusive and obscene postings against complainant and circulated the same on FaceBook.

Facts of the case:

On 08-08-2015 received a complaint from Miss. Padma (name changed) worked the accused company for two months and she was terminated from the company without any pay. Later, she found that the accused person is enjoying employees salary and she pointed the same on the FaceBook. On seeing this the accused grew wild and posted comments and pictures on facebook which are threatening to her. They have publically used words like 'whore', 'bitch', 'Randi', etc for her. They have made posters with dirty comments about her and made all their employees hold them and pose for pictures with them. They then posted all those pictures on facebook. Hence she requested to taken necessary action.

Modus Operandi:  

The arrested person worked as Technical supporters in a BPO company. On the instigation of MD, played their roles as per their own scripts to assassinate the character of the complainant  by using the words like -Pornstar, Randi, Illitrate bitch, Basing on the instructions of the MD they prepared the placards and held them in their hands, and posed for the photograph taken by MD, who later posted on the FaceBook. Later, after posting the picture on the wall of Padma of FaceBook.

 ( The accused A1 and A2 were Arrested in September -2015)

A4. Kevin Ross,

A5. Mohammed Arbaz,

A6. Solomon Fensico,

Team lead by Inspector P. Raju, SIs Sri G. Venkata Rami Reddy, Madan, have cracked this case and apprehended the accused, under the heedful supervision of, Sri. K. Vijender Reddy, Addl DCP, DD, and ACP Cyber Crimes, Dr. B. Anuradha.
