RAPIST CONVICTED - SENTENCED FOR TEN YEARS & SIX MONTHS RIGOROUS IMPRISONMENT
On 06-05-2011 at 1500 hrs received a complaint from Smt. Saleha Begum W/o Mohd. Saleem, aged 35 years, Occ: House wife, R/o. H. No. 18-1-510/28/29, Phoolbagh, Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad stating that she married with saleem around 15 years back and blessed with 2 Daughters and 3 sons. Her husband was an employee in a Pan shop.
On 28-04-2011 at about 0400 AM while they are sleeping in their house, at that time her husband performed sexual intercourse with her 2nd daughter, 4th class student who was 9 years old and committed rape.
Her husband committed rape on her 2nd daughter for several times and he was also warned his daughter not to reveal the matter to anyone.
He committed rape his daughter by threading and she requested to take necessary action against her husband Mohd. Saleem.
Basing on the above complaint, a case in Cr.No: 135/2011 U/s 376 (2)(f) IPC was registered and took up investigation by Sri S.Venkat Reddym the then CI of Police.
On 09-05-2011, the accused Mohd. Saleem S/o Mohd. Jahangir, aged 38 years was arrested and remanded to judicial custody. After completion of investigation charge sheet was filed and after hearing the arguments, today i.e, on 5/10/15 the Honorable Vth Addl. Metropolitan sessions court, Nampally, Hyd has given conviction and pronounced for ten years and six months rigorous punishment and also fine of Rs.500/- Vide SC No: 459/2012.
