Crime No. 370/2015 U/sec 174 Cr.P.C
Facts of the case are that on 01/02.10.2015 at 01:00 hours received a complaint from Sri. S. Ashok, S/o Late Eshwaraiah, age:25 years, Occ: Private worker, R/o Ambetkar Nagar,Shaikpet, Hyderabad stating that on his 1st elder brother Mr. Bikshapathi age: 35 years occ: Painting, R/o Shaikpet, Hyderabad has got married 12 years before and also divorced 3 years back in which he is habituated to drinking continues has his parents also expired there is no person to take care of him he was depressed later after 3 days back he was made him joined work at Galaxy theater Tolichowki along with him in which he used to drink wine continuously as today also he consumed wine more than the regular quantity and he warned why are you doing all these, he said that he want to die as there is no person to look after, later he went inside the theatre for work while he was outside the gate of Galaxy theatre. After sometime i.e around 03:30 Pm today i.e. 01.10.2015 the manager of the theatre come and told that his brother Bikshapathi has drunk the acid and lying outside the gate of the theatre. In which acid empty bottle is found immediately he made call to 108 and shifted him to Osmania General Hospital for treatment and got dead mean while.
