DEPLOYMENT OF 1761 FORCE FROM ANDHRA PRADESH TO TELANGANA STATE
Despite the constraints with festivals like Tirumala Brahmotsavam, Ganesh and Bakar-eid which require deployment of adequate force in Andhra Pradesh, force is being provided to Telangana State (Hyderabad City) as per the request made by Director General of Police, Telangana State, stated Sri RP Thakur, Addl. Director General of Police(Law & Order), Andhra Pradesh here today.
About 161 Officers and 1600 Men (Total : 1761 ) is being provided by Andhra Pradesh Police to Telangana Police. The force is being drawn from the Districts and will be sent to Hyderabad City for Ganesh Nimajjanam.
