PRESS - NOTE

NABBED THE OFFENDERS IN MURDER OF OLD AGED WOMAN SMT. MULA SUGUNA OF MCH COLONY AMBERPET,  AND RECOVERY OF STOLEN ORNAMENTS.

Police Amberpet with the assistance of East Zone Task Force team   nabbed three persons today i.e. on 18-09-2015 who were involved in heinous murder for gain case.

BRIEF FACTS:  on 15-09-2015 at 2200 hours received a Telugu written complaint from Smt. Mula Radhika  D/o Late M. Kistaiah, Age: 33 years, Occ: Pvt. Job (HR in Fortune Consultancy), R/o HNo. 2-3-465/6,  MCH Colony, Amberpet, Hyderabad in which she stated that,  from last two months she along with her mother Smt. Mula Suguna, Aged  60 years were  residing above residence as tenant. Every day she left from her  house in the morning at 09:30 AM and return to house in evening around  8:00  PM. As usual on 15-09-2015 in the morning at  09:30 AM  when she about to went office   her mother informed that she will go to Bank at Vanasthalipuram for drawing of her pension. While going to office due to hurry she had forgotten her cell phone No. 8886925954 at her residence.  After having launch at her office  she made a call to her mother`s  cell No. 9393559972, but her cell phone was switched off. In the evening at 7:30 PM she return to house and observed that some ladies were gathered in front of her residence.  They informed that her mother was died. There she went inside and found her mother dead body on the Diwaan in the hall.  On enquiry with the maid servant she came to know that,  On 15-09-2015   at about 12:30 PM after completion of her work while leaving the house, her mother was present in the house and she also talked  with her mother. In the evening at about 6:30 PM her servant came to house and found her mother Smt. M. Suguna was expired. Her mother having some marks on her neck, somebody are murdered her mother and committed theft of her mother`s Gold ornaments i.e.  1) Gold bangles,  2) Neck chain, 3) Ear rings and 4) Cell phones of her and her mother. She  was strongly  suspicious on an  Auto driver who  used to hire his  auto regularly to  her mother to travel  to Vanasthalipuram. Hence she requested for necessary action.

DETAILS OF THE ACCUSED

A-1) Pathi Madhu S/so P.Veeraiah aged 33 years,  occ: Electrician R/o Azad Nagar Near Ali Café Amberpet, Hyderabad  N/o Vemula Konda (Vill) Valigonda (Mandal) Nalgonda District # 9573720453,

A-2) Shaik Shareef S/o Shaik Ahmed aged 25 years, occ: Auto Driver  Present R/o Near Water Tank,  Wahed Nagar Malakpet, Hyderabad  Permanent R/o HNo. 2-3-1, Shanthi Nagar, Golnaka, Hyderabad # 9676640496A-

A3) Godulolu Sri Ramulu S/o Late G.Appa Rao aged 45 years, occ: Working as Labour in Maha Laxmi Wines, Ameberpet, Hyderabad N/o Peddapallem (Vill) Srikakulam  (Dist)

NAME OF THE COMPLAINANT

STOLEN PROPERTY RECOVERED:

1)  Gold Two Rows chain (weg. 4. 2 tulas) ,

2)  Gold Bangles ( 2 Nos) (weg. 2.3 tulas)

3)  Gold Ear tops with stones (weg. 6 grams)

4)  Gold Mateelu (2 Nos) (weg. 2.4 grams)

5)  Gold Ring (weg. 3 grams)

6)  Cell Phones – 3 Nos (i.e. Nokia, Samsung, and Reliance Cell phones

7)   Net Cash Rs. 20,200/-  

Also seized property pertains to accused persons which were used in the commission of offence:

09) Honda Activa bearing No. AP11AN 6583

ROLE OF  EACH ACCUSED:

The accused  A-2  Shaik Shareef : He  Is an auto driver regularly hire his auto to deceased Mula Suguna to travel  Vanasthalipuram to withdraw the pension and other regular purpose. On 15-09-2015 the deceased Mula Suguna hired accused auto and travelled up to Vanasathlipuram to withdraw the family pension from APCOB. On seeing of withdrawl amount by A-2 informed his associates and hatched a plan to stolen the gold ornaments and money.  As per A-2 plan  A1 & A3  entered in the house of deceased,  sudden attacked on her and removed all gold ornaments and then killed her.     

The accused A1 Pathi Madhu :  Who is close associate of A2  Shaik Shareef, previously arrested by Vanasathalipuram P.S in automobile two wheeler theft case,    he   along with Godulolu Sriramulu  on 15-09-2015  around 13:30  hours  went to the house of deceased introduced themselves  as drainage cleaners  and entered inside the house, and bolted inside and killed the deceased Smt. Suguna by pressing her nose and mouth with pillow and hand kerchief.  Due to these circumstances she died.  After that they stolen Gold ornaments from the deceased body, and A1 Pathi Madhu indulged sexual assault on her.

The accused A3 Godulolu Sriramulu who is a close associate of Pathi Madhu accompanied both on Honda Activa and assisted A1 Pathi Madhu in killing  Smt. Mula Suguna and stolen  gold ornaments.

This case was investigated by Sri. M.Ravindar Reddy, Inspector of Police P.S. Amberpet and with assistance of Task Force arrested the above accused persons.  The accused persons viz., Pathi Madhu, Shaik Shareef, and Godulolu Sri Ramulu are being produce before the Hon`ble court.
