Missing of Mohd Muqtar and suicide...............

*    Missing of Mohd Muqtar and suicide of Raheema Bee due to harassment of Dhoma Police-Hearing of the said case in Human Rights Commission-Vaani parents claims that they have killed Mohd Muqtar to take revenge for falling in love with their daughter:

Case No: 1087/2015 filed by Raheema Bee which is being pursued by his son Mohd Mustafa after the suicide of the complainant and 2217/2015 which was filed by Amjed Ullah Khan was heard at State Human Rights Commission. The copies of report submitted by Superintendent of Police, Ranga Reddy was given to both the complainant and were asked to submit further remarks on the said report.

Mohd Muqtar 20 years a car driver of Dhoma, Ranga Reddy went missing on 15th Feb 2015 along with K Vani D/o Venugopal of the same village.  Crime No: 13/2015 u/s 363,376,506 IPC  r/w 109 IPC & Sec 3&4 of POCSO Act 2012 on K Vani’s parents against Mohd Muqtar. After 3 days the Girl came back and Mohd Muqtar was still missing. Raheema Bee mother of Mohd Muqtar gave a complaint to the Prem Kumar (SI) of Dhoma Police Station suspecting that his son has been murdered by Vani parents for which no action was taken. Raheema Bee approached the Superintendent of Police, Ranga Reddy and also approached the APSHRC vide Case No: 1087/15.AS she was pursuing the matter of his son missing the SI of Dhoma Police started harassing the family of Raheema Bee not to pursue the case of missing of his son. Due to unbearable harassment of Police Raheema Bee took poison inside the Dhoma PS on 29th March 2015 and died at Osmania General Hospital on 3rd April 2015 and till date Mohd Muqtar is missing. The parents and the relatives openly saying that they have killed Mohd Muqtar to take revenge for making love with a Hindu Girl. Inspite of representation no action by Ranga Reddy Police is being taken to search the missing Mohd Muqtar complaint by MBT leader Amjed Ullah Khan was filed at APSHRC vide case No: 2217/2015 requesting the Honble Commission to order an inquiry in both incidents of missing of Mohd Muqtar and suicide of Raheema Bee due to police Harassment on which a notice was issued to Superintendent of Police, Ranga Reddy to submit a report on the incident. A report has been submitted by Superintendent of Police Ranga Reddy to SHRC and a copy was issued to the both the complainants. Next hearing will be on 21st Oct 2015
