Against the responsible police personal...............

 Writ petition vide W.P. No 28760 of 2015 on the file of Honorable High Court Of Judicature Of Hyderabad for State Of Telangana and State Of Andhra Pradesh  by the petitioner Haseena Begum over the issue of the death of her mother Raheema Bee by consuming poison inside police station premises after being subjected to torture and harassment by Sub Inspector of police over missing complaint given regarding issue of missing of her 19 year old son Mohammed Muqtar.

During the course of hearing today i.e. on 07-09-2015 advocate on behalf of the petitioner Gulam Rabbani submitted before the Honorable Justice Seshasai that on 03-03-2015 deceased Raheema Bee lodged a complaint before the Station House Officer, Police Station Doma, Parigi, Ranga Reddy Dist. Regarding the missing of her son Mohd Muqtar and had been visiting to police station daily and requesting the police to trace out her missing son and also gave the names of some of the suspects whom she said would have kidnapped and killed his son but the police became deaf ears to her complaint and abused her daily. That on 29-03-2015 when late Raheema Bee visited the police station to know the status of  her complaint then the Sub Inspector of Police Mr. Prem Kumar who was present abused her in most filthy language and bet her mercilessly with hands and legs and the injury marks can be clearly seen on her body and therefore due to continuous harassment and humiliation being caused to her by the police Doma Police Station the said Raheema Bee consumed poison in the police station premises and collapsed on the police station floor, later she was shifted to Parigi Government Hospital and then shifted to Osmania General Hospital and at last she took her last breath on 03-04-2015 and that police did not even bother to record the Dying Declaration of the deceased and also stated that when petitioner had given complaint against the responsible police personal then police just booked a case under section 174 of Cr. P.C. but no action has been taken against the responsible police personal till today and even no efforts have been made to trace out the missing 19 year old Mohammed Muqtar till today and requested to entrust the investigation in both the matters to any other investigation agency in the interest of justice.

That the Honorable Justice after listening the argument directed the Government Pleader Home department, State of Telangana to get instructions as to why no action has been taken against the responsible police personals and file report within two weeks from today.
