THE COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, RACHAKONDA DETAINS NOTORIOUS GOONDA, CHEATER, KIDNAPPER, LAND GRABBER AND ACTIVE MEMBER OF NOTORIOUS GANGSTER NAYEEMUDDIN @ NAYEEM GANG UNDER P.D. ACT ON 17-01-2017.  

In ongoing drive against offenders in Rachakonda Police Commissionerate the Commissioner of Police has detained (1) notorious offender Polimety Srihari @ Srikanth @ Ayyappa S/o Balaiah, age 49 years, occ: Business, R/o Flat No.302, H.No.16-2-751/A/82, Laxmi Manohara Enclave, Karan Bagh, Saidabad Colony, Hyderabad,  who is active member of notorious gangster Nayeemuddin @ Nayeem gang and indulged in unlawful activities and committed as many as (8) offences of Murder, Criminal Conspiracy, Cheating, Kidnapping, extortion and land grabbing along with notorious gangster Nayeemuddin @ Nayeem and his gang members in the limits of Pahadishareef, Adibatla, Vanasthalipuram and Saroornagar Police Stations of Rachakonda Commissionerate, under P.D. Act.  The offender Polimetty Srihari @ Srikanth @ Ayyappa was surrendered before the Hon’ble XIV MM Court on 31-08-20216 in Cr.No.361/2016 U/s 363,384,420,120-B IPC & Section 4 of APLG Act and Section 25 (1-B) of Indian Arms Act of Pahadishareef PS and his arrest was regularized on 02-09-2016.  Subsequently he was taken into Police Custody from 03-09-2016 to 05-09-2016 and during confession, he has confessed to have committed (5) other offences along with most dangerous gangster Nyaeemuddin @ Nayeem (who died in an exchange of fire on 08-08-2016).

    In the month of October, 2003, the offender A-5 Polimetty Srihari played an important role in kidnapping and killing the deceased Udugu Prabhakar, age 32 years, r/o P & T Colony, Dilsukhnagar brutally by the gangster A-1 Nayeemuddin @ Nayeem, A-2 Purushotham, A-3 Jella Satyanarayana, A-4 Konda Vijaya Kumar, A-6 Khaleema Sajida, A-7 Chiyang and A-8 Sulthana in the forest area of Srisailam.  This is subject matter of Cr.No.790/2003 U/s 363,302, 201 r/w 120-B IPC of Saroornagar PS under Rachakonda Commissionerate.  In this case the offender A-5 Polimetty Srihari was taken into police custody for (5) days from 20-10-2016 to 24-10-2016 by Saroornagar Police and recorded his detailed confessional statement, where in A-5 Polimetty Srihari confessed to have committed this offence also.  On 24-10-20-216 he was reproduced before Hon’ble Court and was sent to judicial custody and lodged in Central Prison, Cherlapally, Medchal district.  

    His acts have been prejudicial to the maintenance of public order and unless he is kept out of the society for a considerable period by detaining him in the prison under this act, to prevent him to commit such offences, public order and confidence of public in the law cannot be restored.

    Hence, Preventive Detention orders are invoked against the following offender by the Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda Sri Mahesh M.Bhagwat, I.P.S., Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda, as a part of preservation of peace and maintaining public order in Rachakonda.

POLIMETTY SRIHARI @ SRIKANTH @ AYYAPPA S/O BALAIAH, AGE 49 YEARS, OCC: BUSINESS R/O FLAT NO.302, H.NO.16-2-751/A/82, LAXMI MANHARA ENCLAVE, KARAN BAGH, SAIDABAD COLONY, HYDERABAD. ( He is involved in (8) offences of criminal conspiracy, murder, kidnapping, extortion and land grabbing cases along with associates and gang members of notorious gangster Nayeemuddin @ Nayeem in the limits of Rachakonda Commissionerate. )
