AS PER THE ORDERS OF COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, RACHAKONDA
SOT RACHAKONDA RAIDS ON BLACK TICKETS MARKETING & CHINESE MANJA SELLING SHOPS

In view of the release of latest movies “Khadi No.150” & “Gouthami Putra Shathakarni”, theatre managements, workers and others are indulging in selling the tickets in black at higher rates. As per the orders of Commissioner of Police Rachakonda, the SOT, Rachakonda paid special attention to this issue and conducted raids on Rajadhani, Shiva Ganga & Vishnu theatres in the limits of L.B. Nagar & Raghavendra, Vijayanthi Cineam, Srinivasa, Asian Multiplex, Sri Krishna Theaters in the limits Malkajgiri zone and Bhadradri Theater in the limits of Bhongir zone and apprehended (25) respondents who were indulging in sale of tickets in black and booked (11) cases U/section 9 (A) (i) (ii) of Cinema Regulation Act & Sec 21gg/76 C.P. Act and seized sale proceeds, Rs.8,430/-, (296) movie tickets and (9) mobile phones and handed over to concerned Police Stations for further proceedings.

    Today conducted raid on Shiva Ganga Theater in the limits of Saroornagar Police Station and apprehended the Theater manager by name Shashivardhan, who selling tickets in black on higher rates in the name of combo offer without obtaining any permission by the concerned authorities.
In view of Bhogi, Sankranthi & Kanuma festivals, the kite shop sellers selling the Govt. prohibited Chinese manja which is made by nylon thread and crushed glass or other harmful substances used for kite flying or other purpose, likely to cause grievous injury and inconvenience to animal including birds as well as human beings. As per the orders of Commissioner of Police Rachakonda, the SOT, Rachakonda paid special attention to this issue and conducted raids on Kites selling shops, where prohibited Chinese manja selling in the limits of L.B. Nagar, Malkajgiri & Bhongir zones and apprehended (7) respondents and booked (7) cases U/section 5, 15 of the Environment (Protection) Act 1986 & Sec 188 IPC and handed over to concerned Police Stations for further proceedings.
