RAID ON LODGE UNDER THE LIMITS OF PANJAGUTTA PS – (12) PERSONS HELD – SEIZED AN AMOUNT OF Rs.1,04,100/- AND PLAYING CARDS On the 20-01-2017 the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task force, West Zone Team, Hyderabad received credible information that some persons are playing 3 cards gambling at Room No.106, Polo service Apartment (Lodge), Somajiguda, Hyderabad and using the premises as common gaming house.
The West Zone Task Force team raided the said premises and found the following persons are playing 3 Cards gambling by betting money which is a game of chance.
1 P.Arun kumar S/o P.Ananthaiah, Aged:27yrs, Occ:Manager, R/o near Royal Sea Hotel, Saber Nagar, Asif Nagar, Hyd and (11) others
During the enquiry it came to light that, the organizer P.Arun kumar is organizing gaming house by taking commission for each game from the players at Room No.106, Polo service Apartment (Lodge), Somajiguda, Hyderabad and collecting commission for each game from the players and earning money. In this case seized net cash of Rs.1,04,100/- (One lakh four thousand and one hundred rupees), (104) Playing cards,and (13) Cell phones from the possession of accused persons.
The arrested accused persons along with seized material were handed over to the SHO, Panjagutta Police Station for necessary action.
The raid was made under the supervision of Sri B.Limba Reddy, Dy.Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, by Sri L.Raja Venkat Reddy, Inspector of Police with the assistance of SIs L.Bhaskar Reddy, Sri P.Mallikarjun, Sri V.Kishore, and the Staff of West Zone Team, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad.
