BJ-1) Raghunandan Kumar S/o Nathuni Das, age 15 years, Occ: Agriculture labour, Presently R/o H.No. 45-2661/B, Near Ganesh Temple, Raja Nagar colony, Upparguda, Malkajgiri, RR district, N/o Balua village, Lagma panchayath, Dumra police station, Sitamarhi district, Bihar state. BJ-2) Akbar Ali S/o Nanhe Nat, age 14 years, Occ: Nil, Presently R/o H. No. 45-2661/B, Near Ganesh Temple, Raja Nagar colony, Upparguda, Malkajgiri, RR district, N/o Balua village, Lagma Panchayath, Dumra police station, Sitamarhi district, Bihar state
Absconding accused:Santosh Thakur, age 22 years, Occ: Hamali, R/o Basupati, Madhubhan district, Bihar state History All the above accused are native of Bihar state. They all are pertains to Sitamarhi district of Bihar and doing agriculture labours except the juvenile boys. The accused Randheer Shah @ Ranjit gathered the juveniles and they formed as a gang and hatched plan to commit theft of Bags from innocent passengers on pretext of confirming the train ticket to his journey destination at Secunderabad Railway station.

The accused targets the gullible passengers at Railway station who pertains to other states and waiting for tickets to go for long journey. The accused Randheer Shah @ Ranjit acts like TTE and remaining gang members i.e. the accused Santosh Thakur and juvenile boys Raghunandan Kumar, Akbar Ali interact with that passenger by giving assurance that they will confirm the ticket through their relative i.e. Randheer Shah @ Ranjit who is working as TTE (Travelling Ticket Examiner) and further they manage those innocent passengers to keep the luggage, cell phones, net cash and luggage bags with Akbar Ali on pretext of they should appear like poor people to confirm the ticket.Later Raghunandan Kumar took that passenger to Chilakalaguda X roads, Secunderabad where Randheer Shah @ Ranjit acts like TTE and he took that passenger to 10 th platform side of Secunderabad railway station and ask that passenger to stay there and they will return after ticket conformation. Later they will sped away from there and Akbar Ali leaves with their belongings.The accused so far confessed the following cases and the recovery as follows:
1) Cr. No. 11/2017 U/s 420, 379 IPC of PS Gopalapuram - Recovery ₹4000/-, Driving license &Samsung J7 Cell phone phone, SSC Memo with two bags
2) Cr. No. 13/2017 U/s 420, 379 IPC of PS Gopalapuram - Recovery ₹3700/-, Tab
3) Cr. No. 14/2017 U/s 420, 379 IPC of PS Gopalapuram - Recovery ₹400/-
Total Recovery: Four Travel bags with clothes, ₹ 8100/-, One Tab, Samsung J7 phone, Samsung normal phone, Driving license, SSC Memo.The good word done by A.
