SIX ACCUSED PERSONS WERE ARRESTED BY FALAKNUMA POLICE

SIX ACCUSED PERSONS WERE ARRESTED BY FALAKNUMA POLICE WHO ARE INVOLVED IN MURDER CASE AND SEIZED ONE PULSAR MOTOR CYCLE No. AP 09 BN 1011 AND ONE KNIFE.
 
                      The facts of the case are that on 10.10.2016 the complainant Smt. Shabana Begum w/o Mohd Saleem Khan, age 33 years, Occ House-wife, R/O H.No.19-3-201/8/A, Achireddinagar, Jahannuma, Falaknuma, lodged a complaint stating that she has two male children and four female children.   Her husband (deceased Saleem) eking livelihood by doing building material supplying business. Three days back i,e on 07.10.2016 in the evening hours a petty quarrel took place between  Irfan @ Chotu who is the rowdy sheeter of P.S Falaknuma near her house over a petty issue.   At that time Irfan @ Chotu and Afroz threatened her husband with dire consequences to see his end.  Yesterday  i,e on 09.10.2016 at about 2345 hrs, she came to know through her sister Shakeera that her husband was stabbed and was lying in a pool of blood in front of 786 hotel, Achireddynagar Falaknuma.   Upon which immediately she along with her family members reached the spot and found her husband dead with bleeding injuries on his throat.   Further she added that on enquiry with  the eye witnesses shaik Ghouse, Syed Bilal she came to known that keeping the previous grudge in mind Irfan @ Chotu, Afroz and  some of his friends  intentionally picked up quarrel with her husband on 09.10.2016 at about 2330 in front of 786 hotel, Achireddynagar, Falaknuma and Irfan @ Chotu stabbed her husband on throat with a knife, Afroz and others beat her husband with hands & kicked with legs, As a result of which her husband received severe bleeding injuries over throat and died on the spot and after commission of offence they fled away from the spot and finally she has requested for taking legal action.
                       Basing on the above complaint a case has been registered in Cr.No.458/2016 U/s 302  r/w 34 IPC and took up the investigation.
    During the course of investigation today i.e. on 13.10.2016 apprehended the six accused persons at Shama Talkies who were involved in the murder case.
Name of the accused persons:
A1. Mohd Irfan @ Chotu s/o Mohd Abdul Azeez, age 27 years, Occp Car driver,
     R/O H.No.19-4-298/A/19/1, Sanjaygandhinagar, Nawabsab Kunta,    
     Falaknuma, Hyderabad. (Rowdy Sheeter of Falaknuma PS.) He is previously   
     involved in 10 criminal cases of Falaknuma, Kalapathar and Kamatipura Police  
     Stations.

A2. Afroz Khan s/o Hameed Khan, age 28 years, Occp Car Driver, R/O     
     H.No.19-3-263/E/37, Achireddy Nagar,  Nawabsab Kunta, Falaknuma,       
     Hyderabad.

A3. Abdul Naseer @ Achu s/o Abdul Hafeez age: 30yrs, Occp: Plastic scarp
     Business, R/O H.No. 19-3-263/A/31/1 Achireddinagar, Jahanuma,
     Falaknuma, Hyderabad.

A4. Shaik Yousuf s/o Late Shaik Ahemad Hussain, age 34 years, Occp Lorry  
     Driver, R/O H.No. 19-3-201/c/9/2, Teegalakunta, Falaknuma, Hyderabad.

A5. Mohd Asghar @ Ammu s/o Mohd Muneeruddin, age 28 years, Occp  
     Business, R/O H.No. 19-3-201/7/3, Achireddynagar, Falaknuma,
     Hyderabad, Now at Almas Motors, Al-Jubail Colony, Chandrayangutta, Hyd.

A6. Syed Esa s/o Syed Jafar, age 27 years, Occp Business, R/O H.No.19-3-
      201/9/B, Achireddinagar, Jahannuma, Falaknuma,  Hyderabad.
On interrogation the accused A1 confessed to have committed the offence along with his friends A2 to A6, accused  A1 confessed that the deceased was his distant relative but the terms  between him and the deceased were not cordial since few months.  For the last few days the accused A1 had observed that the deceased Mohd Saleem Khan had been moving with his friends by avoiding A1- Irfan.  

On 07-10-2016 evening around 7 p.m a hot altercation took place between       A1- Irfan and deceased Saleem.  As such on noticing the same A1 had been anticipating that the deceased may assault him

A1- Irfan. along with his friends A2 to A6 hatched a plan to do away with the life of deceased Mohd Saleem Khan or else there is harm to his life in the hands of deceased Mohd Saleem Khan. As per their plan to assault and kill the deceased Mohd Saleem Khan.

On 9-10-2016 around 11 p.m  A1 along with his friend A2 went to 786 Hotel, Achireddinagar on his Pulsor bike No.AP09-BN-1011 and in the meantime A3 to A6 also came there and joined them and they all were waiting for the arrival of deceased Mohd Saleem Khan.  On 9-10-2016 at about 11.30 p.m. the deceased Mohd Saleem Khan along with his friends Majeeduddin and Sarib Khan @ Sarif Khan came near the pan shop of 786 Hotel, Achireddinagar.  Then on seeing them, A1 to A6 picked up quarrel with the deceased Mohd Saleem Khan and his friends, keeping the previous grudge in mind and during the process of quarrel A1 & A2 beat Majeeduddin with hands, while A3 to A6 beat the deceased and Sarib Khan @ Sarif Khan with hands and kicked with legs. During the scuffle when the deceased Mohd Saleem Khan fell down, A1 took out the knife which was hidden in his pocket and dealt blows on the throat of deceased.  As a result of which deceased sustained severe bleeding injuries on his throat and died on the spot.   Soon after the commission of the offence he along with A2 escaped on his pulsor bike No.AP09-BN-1011 while his remaining associates A3 to A6 ran away from the spot.

Arrested accused persons A1 to A6 are being produced before the Hon’ble court for judicial remand.                        
                           The above Accused persons were apprehended by Sri S.Saikiran SI and crime staff of PS Falaknuma. The case is investigating by Sri P.Yadagiri, Inspector of Police, PS Falaknuma under the supervision of Sri M.A. Bari, ACP, Falaknuma Division, Sri K. Babu Rao, Addl DCP., South Zone and the overall guidance of Sri. V.Satyanarayana I.P.S., Dy. Commissioner of Police, South Zone, Hyderabad City.
