Prevention of Malpractices and unfair means

Cr. No. 98/2016, U/s. 8 of A.P Prevention of Malpractices and unfair means Act 1997 and 420 IPC, IO Inspector Sri S. Sudershan. Of PS Kamatipura, Hyderabad. Brief facts of the case are that on 20-10-2016 at 17:10 hrs received a complaint from Sri P.V. Raghu, Principal of Quli Qutub Shah Polytechnic College, Kamatipura, Hyderabad stated that on 20-10-2016, while the Second year backlog and Supplementary Examination was going on at about 11.30 am Interval Flying Squad Checked L.H.-10 Room, they found one Blue Tooth Device in the possession of the student by name SYED IBRAHIM S/o Syed Noor Mohammed, age: 20 Yrs, Occ: Student his bearing pin No. 12061-AEI-050, he is writing Second Year, 3rd Semister, DAEIE Codes (Scheme C-09), the I.F.S. Caught him redhandedly when he was doing Malpractice by using Bluetooth device, the Squad was handed over Syed Ibrahim to him along with (1) True Copy of Answer Sheet, (2) Blue Tooth Ear Piece, (3) True Copy of Hall Ticket, (4) True Copy of candidate’s Statement, (5) True Copy of Malpractice report. The said Student and seized metarials & documents are handed over police to take necessary action.
