ARREST OF ACCUSED AJITH KUMAR MINOR GIRL
RAPE CASE ALONG WITH 2 OTHERS WHO WERE
HELPED / ASSITED IN COMMITTING RAPE

On 01.10.2016 received a complaint from minor victim girl D/o Lal Khan, Occ- House Hold, R/o Shivaji Nagar, Uppuguda, Hyderabad in which she stated that from past 2 yrs one person by name Ajith S/o Shyam Babu, age 19 yrs who resides in front of her house, followed her and harassed her in the name of love. The same was informed to her parents on that her parents spoke to his elders and told him not to contact her again. From last one week Ajith again stalking her and threatened her with dire consequence. Therefore she requested to take necessary action against the above said Ajith.
On that a case in Cr.No. 452/2016 U/S 354-D, 506 IPC was registered and took up investigation.
On 01-10-2016 the accused Ajith was arrested and produced before the Honourable court, and on the same day he was released on bail. After coming on bail again the accused Ajith threatened the complainant and her family members with dire consequences to withdraw the case against him and fled away from Shivaji Nagar.
While the investigation was in progress on 05-10-2016 the complainant of minor victim girl, again came to PS and informed that on 24-09-2016 Ajith forcibly raped her at his house which is in-front of the victim house & threatened her not to reveal to anybody. And his Uncle by name Satish and cousin brother Sunil Kumar, stood outside the house keeping watch on the movement of the family members of the victim while Ajith committed heinous crime against on the victim Girl. And she requested to take action against Satish, and Sunil Kumar, who abetted Ajith.
On that Section 354-D IPC has been altered to 376(2) (i), and Section 4 of protection of Children from Sexual offences Act and 109 IPC were added.
On that a Rape case was booked, and efforts were made to apprehend the accused persons Ajith, who committed rape and Satish and Sunil Kumar who helped Ajith in committing this crime. After the offence they fled away and took shelter at Nizamabad at their relatives house.
Previous History::
The family members of victim and the accused persons belong to Uttar Pradesh State Pambali (V) of Ferojabad district, they migrated to Hyderabad from Uttar Pradesh to ek out their livelihood and doing peppermint sugar cane business and residing at Shivaji Nagar under the limits of PS Chatrinaka in the same vicinity for the past 15 years, and doing same business. As such the victim and the accused persons are known to each other. There was friendship between them. The victim girl also used to visit the house of the accused due to their acquaintance. Since last two years accused A-1 is following the victim girl in the name of love and harassing her.
On 24-09-2016 in the afternoon hours, A-1 noticed the victim girl was alone in her house, as her mother left the house, and her father went to work. On that A-1 Ajith asked his Uncle Satish (A2) to call Victim girl to his house, on the pretext that A-1 sister Laxmi is calling her.
Believing the same the victim girl went to the house of A-1, and noticed A-1 and his sister in the house. Immediately A-1 sent away his sister from the house. And forcibly raped the victim girl and threatened her not to reveal the same to anybody otherwise he will kill her parents. Mean while A-2 Satish Uncle of A-1 and A-3 Sunil Kumar who is the cousin brother of A-3 were standing outside the house of A-1 watching the movements of the family members of the victim girl.
Later A-1 informed A-2 and A-3 that he sexually intercourse with victim girl without her consent to compel her parents to marry the victim girl with him.
Being the victim is minor, she was sent to BHAROSA centre introduced by the Hyderabad City Police and victim was also referred to maternity hospital for medical examination. During the examination the hospital authorities confirmed that the victim is minor and opinion on sexual assault.
Initially, the victim has given complaint only about following her and threatening for which a case under section 354-D IPC and 506 IPC was registered against the accused persons. The petitioner has no mentioned about the rape on her by the accused. On 1/10/2016 they were arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court but the court has granted bail to them on the same day.
Again on 5/10/2016 she was given another complaint about the commission of offence. Immediately, her statement was recorded by the woman police officer at woman police station and section 354-D IPC has been altered to 376(2) (i), and Section 4 of protection of Children from Sexual offences Act and 109 IPC were added. Requisition has been filed before the Hon’ble Court for cancellation of bail which was granted by the Hon’ble Court.
ARREST OF ACCUSED PERSONS:
Today on 14-10-2016 on credible information, the staff of Chatrinaka Police apprehended three accused persons namely A-1) Ajith s/o Prajapati Shyambabu aged:22 years Occ: Petty Business r/o H.No.18-1-297/99, Shivaji Nagar, Uppuguda, Hyderabad N/O Pambali, Ferozabad District, Uttar Pradesh State 2) Satish s/o late Ramcharan aged: 44 years Occ: Petty Business r/o H.No. 18-1-297/10, Shivaji Nagar, Uppuguda, Hyderabad and 3) Sunil Kumar s/o Ashok Kumar aged: 21 years Occ: Petty Business r/o H.No. 18-1-297/99Shivaji Nagar, Uppuguda, Hyderabad both N/O Panwari (V), Panwari both N/O (Post) Firozabad District, U.P and on interrogation they confessed to have committed this offence. They are being producing before the court for the offence under section 376(2) (i) IPC, and Section 4 of protection of Children from Sexual offences Act and 109 IPC for judicial remand with all material evidences. The Hon’ble court has sent them for 14 days judicial remand.
Today i.e on 14-10-2016 victim girl was produced before Honble Magistrate and magistrate recorded her statement U/sec: 164 CrPC, We will also incorporate the same in the investigation, We are taking the accused for Police Custody for eliciting further information.
