On 10-08-2015 at 07.00 am at Street No.8, Habsiguda, the Crime staff of Osmania University  Police Station apprehended notorious snatcher by name  Mohd. Jahangeer @ Parvez Baba S/o: Mohd Sharfuddin (late),  age 30 yrs, Occ: Business (building raw material supplier)  R/o H.No.5-69, near charminar masjid, Pahadi shareef, Mamidipally road, R.R. Dist. presently staying at Plot No. 213, Near Dabeerpura Railway Station, Hyderabad NAME OF THE ACCUSED PERSON: Mohd. Jahangeer @ Parvez Baba S/o: Mohd Sharfuddin (late),  age. 30 yrs, Occ: Business (building raw material supplier)  R/o H.No.5-69, near charminar masjid, Pahadi shareef, Mamidipally road, R.R. Dist. presently staying at Plot No. 213, Near Dabeerpura Railway Station, Hyderabad PRESENTLY INVOLVED CASES: 1 40/15 U/s 382 IPC Chandhrayan gutta 2 127/15 U/s 379 IPC OU Sity 3 111/2015 U/s 382 IPC Nallakunta 4 157/15 U/s 382 IPC Amberpet 5 403/2015 U/s 382 IPC Afzalgunj 6 169/15 U/s 382 IPC Humayan nagar 7 145/15 U/s 382 IPC Nallakuntta 8 304/2015 U/s 382 IPC Chadharghat   SEIZED PROPERTY: 1)  02 Motor Cycles 2)  28.25 Tulas of Gold ornaments. MODUS OPERANDI OF THE ACCUSED :  The accused is having past criminal record.  Earlier he involved about (20 ) snatching cases in Hyderabad and Cyberabad limits .  He released from jail in the month of January 2015.  Again he started to commit similar offences.  He also stolen 2 motorcycles and used the same for commission of offences. About (7) snatching cases he involved upto July first week.  The accused person targets the ladies who moves alone and commits the snatchings of gold chains from them.      On 10-08-2015 at 07.00 am at Street No.8, Habsiguda, during the vehicle checking the crime staff  apprehended Mohd. Jahangeer @ Parvez Baba S/o: Mohd Sharfuddin (late),  age. 30 yrs  on suspicious circumstances and without documents of vehicle, brought to the Police Station and after enquiry he admitted the above cases.  Arrest of the above accused was made by Sri. Ranjith Kumar, SI of Police,   Osmania University  PS, under the supervisions of  V. Ashok Reddy, Inspector of Police, Sri CH. Laxmi Narayana,  Asst. Commissioner of Police, Kachiguda Division and Sri L.T. Chandra Sekhar, Addl. DCP East Zone, Hyderabad. Dr.V.Ravinder, IPS, Dy.
