Facts of the case is that on 01-01-2016 at 1315 hours, received a report from Sri. D. Ashwin Raju PC 3752 of P.S. Shahinayathgunj, Hyderabad in which he stated that on today i.e. on 01-01-2016 at 12.45 hours while he performing patrolling duty along with HG 3254 in BC II area, meantime, received a message on VHF Set from DG Control informed that one unknown male person dead body lying at in front of H.No:14-10-401/1 and found in the Physical handicapped bicycle, Opp: HP Petrol Pump, Jummerath Bazar, main road, Hyderabad. The descriptive particular of the dead body is aged about 55-60 years, height about 3.0’’ feet, Built: Medium personality, Hair & Beard: Black and White. Eyes: Closed, Mouth: Open, Complexion: Medium, Wearing clothes: Black and white Colour lines shirt and having yellow, Blue colour Blanket, seems to be Hindu, and Injury: Upper lip, Handicapped and nobody identified him in the locality.
